How to raise career bar to max, NEED FACTS!

Can anyone confirm how to raise the career bar to max? I know remote races don't count. What is the fastest way to raise it to max? I've been grinding dream car championship for exp and money, doing 4 races and exit the one at nurburing to save time, will this even raise the career bar if i quit at the end? Will it fill up if I repeat the Indy without getting out to the race and driver select screen?

Take a really fast car, say X2010 or FGT, put it on sports tyres, go to the sunday cup, do the Tsukuba race, over and over and over and over and over....

I did it 104 times, to fill the last 20% of the bar.
