Help does anyone knoe of any decent drift tutorials, my drift at the moment is to go into the corner with a hi pow' car and boot it, watching the video's ive realised that i'm nowhere neer real drift.

that might help.

but if the back of your car is sliding on a corner and you are maintaining control then you are drifting. if you want to drift to 'show off' like the people do in the drifting videos, you need FR cars preferably and the settings people have suggested. if you want to drift to improve your times i suggest a four wheel drive car like a nissan skyline or a mitsubishi lancer evolution.

haha you havent stopped talking about that skyline on seca for a long while you're completely obsessed man - try some different cars on different tracks the posibilities are endless. here are the cars i have drifted in:

yeah well if the run & settings menu gave me some other decent tracks besides seca then i'd race them. midfield requires me to modify my gear ratios which i dont want to do.

anyway i want to get the fastest time possible on seca with an R34. heh masterblaster just smacked my time with 1'13.612 so i need some more practice! heh

but i'll check out those times. not sure i'll have time to do any non-r34 ones. but i have a corvette so i might do that heh

well of course with the high power cars, you can go very fast one trial mountain, but im talking about 600 HP or less, if you're talking about high power cars, thats too easy for me, i made it in less then a minute
