It was decided before that chat during the race should be avoided at all costs unless it's for something necessary. Constantly spamming with 'in the vid' is not necessary communication in the slightest, plus you ignored my request to stop.

Mixed feelings here. I wanted to be top 6, i am 6th so mission succesfully completed.
On the otherside i made my setup for dry, what do i get: rain. In pre-season i made it for rain and i get dry. Also i think i messed up my brake balance; i hear u guys use 6-1 in rain. i used 6-6.

My start went well, flying start i and got squeezed by 2 cars but managed to stay on track. After that i could't get my own speed becaus everyone was making mistakes and i could't overtake after that i made my own mistakes. Somehow I did fall back from the front to the very backend of the grid. Only grayfox & troylee were behind me. At that time i wanted to quit or atleast i thought my race was over. But i pitted and started my race again after 13 laps. I made a great comback from 11th back to 6th. after lap 13 i didn't made to much mistakes and could drive good 20's. i only had some problems whit my rears at the end of every stint.

Lap 27 was weird at the last chicane. I was on the right side of the track to Falcon whilst he was on the left, yet apparently I pushed him off? I can take a picture if necessary.

EDIT: Adam shunts me off on lap 3 too on the 2nd S bend. - Because he DC'ed.

Congrats to everyone who had a great race .

Was a horrible one for me so I won't comment much , on to the next round for me .

One thing.
I have won the q and i start almost from last place what is that for a ****??
That have cost me also heavy time.

Well, you took pole during illegal qualy time at Monza, so you can't really complain to be honest.

Pole shouldn't count for Suzuka, the leaderboard was broken. It said I was first during qualy when I clearly wasn't.

I think because we had to change the weather changeability twice it messed up the qualifying order but I qualified first on my screen so I think giving no one the pole points here is probably best .

Erik did get fastest lap tho , congrats Erik you are a rain master

In Monza that was a clean lap.
I was faster then you in the race and also in q.
That was a clean lap.
My q lap in was 1,56,00 or so.
Why no points for my pole??

You had pole after the 30 minutes of qualifying was up. The timers have been strict to the minute all season long except that one qualy session. I don't care if you were faster, many people here are faster than me at the moment, but that doesn't change the fact that your qualy time came after 30 minutes was up.

Also, the GT-R is a walk in the park in Suzuka rain compared to the NSX.

Yes because i have had low fuel and that lap was really good.
The lap was clean.
But when we have that like today with false grid we should start again.

I agree we should have started again, but apparently the guys in teamspeak decided otherwise. I didn't even get a chance to say the leaderboards were broken because Erik started the race the second it hit 10% surface water, didn't even wait for Joey.

And again, I'm not saying your lap was illegal because of how you drove, it was illegal because it was after the 30 minutes of qualifying was over, qualy was 33 minutes so any laps after 30 minutes shouldn't have counted yet yours did. Hence, illegal.

I sound like a douche tonight, and I apologise, but it's all true.

EDIT: Actually installed Teamspeak now too..

We didn't wait for joey because if we had waited for him we would have had 100% standing water and everyone on the track was on slicks tyres. That first lap would just been aweful. Also something I talked to Joey about on teamspeak, so no need to go "gg" to me about it. It was in the best intention for the majority.
We decided to go with the grid we had, OK it wasn't correct, but everyone I heard said they had the first position on the leaderboard and I had no chance to figure out everyones times to re order the starting grid.
There will be no points for pole position today. And that IMMORTALPILOT started all the way back with probably the best lap sucks, but thats just a 2.05 bug we will have to look into to our next race.

It still is a game guys and we can't control bugs in the game, I did what I though fixed the in game clock, but obviously I was wrong.

I will add to the rules that text chat in game will not be allowed unless it is absolutely needed, I failed to see Arkano saying it shouldn't be done, but I was more focused on the race and ignored the chat completely. Didn't bother me to be honest.

It was our first rain race and I think we should have some patient with each other. But I will check the replay and talk to every stewards in the team and try make a wise decision. I got a few reports, also a feedback from one steward actually pointing out the things I got reported so it might work out for everyone. Be patient with us please.

Is there any chance of adding La Sarthe and Monaco to the calender? I quite enjoyed those tracks in season 1 and would like to have them back for season 3.

Lucky we are having 5 stewards now :ill:

Anyway for next time i vote for a restart if the qualy is wrong. Thats the most fair thing i can think of. Also Erik discussed whit Joey what we should do if it starts to rain in qualy. So don't blame Erik for that matter. But honestly i have no problem to wait 10-15 minutes for a active driver who lets know he will be 15 minutes late or have internet problems.

That actually might be it, well then I guess you can blame me and all I can do is to promise I wont do it again.

Did I? wow unexpected ;)

Man I woke up feeling so disappointed about the Suzuka race , I really need to get my rain skills leveled up .

This race was seriously my worst nightmare. Rain and an already handful NSX put my skills to the test. I was doing fine on inters but when full wets were needed I couldn't get decent times. Decided to park after I saw Troy parked and I went two laps down. Won't be sleeping comfortably for awhile and I have Erik to thank for that

Thank God tokyo is dry , I really need to bounce back , feel like I let the team down .

Anastasis did such a great job .

Well we have 4 different winners in 4 races so far , who will be the first to win 2 races ?

yea same here digi, had an awefull race, it was really crazy.. inters had some grip but racing rain absolutely none.. pretty stupid..

Just saw after 10-12 laps i was 10th at 35-40 seconds behind the guy on 9th. I am glad i could do such a good comback. And even could fight for 5th. That was awesome. Did drive a good defence line to hold Falcon behind who got the better tyres. But i did a small mistake, it was fun.

On wornout tyres in the rain i really had a deathgrip on my steering wheel, lol. my wrist still hurts.
If weather changes i need to many laps to get adapt to the grip levels. i need some practise there.

Now Tokyo, I hate it.

Really enjoyable race for me, rain was really difficult to drive on, and the one with the less mistakes would have won that one. Congratulation hurleyman for beating Immortal and getting the win!(you should be really proud). Considering me, I did only 2 or 3 noticable mistakes and they were because of worn tyres. I followed a 3-stopper, pitting at lap 3, 6 and 18. I hope I will be as lucky on Tokyo :)

Yeh in my last league I came 2nd in tokyo , immortal beat me ofcourse but he has 60 more kg than me and with the new tire wear I'm hoping this tokyo race will be like SSR5

Anyone up for some practice today around 3 30 gmt ?

Turning on the ps3 now mate , join me in about 10 minutes.

Going to watch the Suzuka replay and cry a bit more , lol .

Edit : Just finished a small practice with ProPersian , ran a few low 1 36's , tire wear here seems actually decent , probably the best we have had all season . Should be a very difficult and competitive race .
