Yea I have watched it and I love it.

Have you watched the anime?

Ah, gotcha. Watched the first few episodes last night and thought to myself how similar it is to the story/movie "Christine".

Imma watch it for a little right now.

I've seen basically the whole series...much better as a storyline than Initial-D. Kinda gets into the philosophical side of...well, this type of "racing." As well, the driver's struggles are more with their cars and what they're actually doing (They admit it's wrong) than with other racers...unlike a series with a certain unfeasibly fast AE86...

On topic - the bare-carbon FD on the last page...well, I do like. Reminds me of a RE-Amemiya SGT car before they put the wrap on.

EDIT: Credit to PB for shots 1, 2, 5, and 6 👍

Big VW meet they had today. They were setting up all the cars for a few shots before the cop told everyone to leave.

I've posted the pictures of the blue 240z on the previous page about a year ago, but I still stop and stare to this day. What makes it really great in my opinion is that it has a VQ35de under the bonnet. It sounds amazing, and I go as far as to say it's my perfect Z car of all time.

Here's the link to the website detailing the build.

A friend of mine is doing the same swap on his 240z. Just the fact that the engine sits right behind the steering rack is a big plus.

Hamman SLS... fairly tasteful for the masters of bling... just a set of 21" rims (costing £9k!) and a 30mm ride height drop...

I saw one in London couple of Saturday nights ago (not the Hamman version)... it sounded awesome and had a shed load of presence... I'd rock one.

What long gearing? He was shifting but you could'nt hear it I'll post a vid inna lil.

No, you could easily hear him shifting. The gearing is VERY tall, for obvious reasons. I was just commenting because the car appears from the outside to be quite mild, but it's clearly purpose-built.

That's true funny part is he broke a part that day and ductaped it and then ran the record now he's banned.
