It's gorgeous. Now tell him to trade it for a coupe with a black roof. That'd be even sexier.

EDIT: But I guess that wouldn't be as popular with the ladies. I always forget, cars are to impress girls, not guys! No, I'm being serious.
I'd be lying if I didn't say I was a bit more partial to the NSX-T than the coupe. :guilty:

I prefer the sleekness of the coupe, especially with the black roof because it highlights that smoooooooth side profile. Not as curvy as the Italians but still reminds me of a girl laying on her side. The T is probably the cooler car to most people, but I'm lame.

Speaking of awesome cars that aren't shiny enough to attract girls:

Sad part about this one is that low wing isn't doing much of anything with that definition-of-inefficient soft top in front...

If you're going to keep the soft top, you need at least a moderately heller wing behind it. Like this one.

So get rid of that soft top and reduce your drag yo.

Could totally have a lower wing for even less drag, but this is Japan where it's all about results, so they just go for max downforce like fugdat drag I'm killin it.

That's why you see so many awful 3 series driving around.

Hey! Oh wait, it is true though.

That NSX is nice, though I am with Keef - the hard-tops look better, but are basically impossible to find outside of early model years in the States.

As for the AW11/Spoiler bit, I always felt they looked awkward without the rear wing. The SW20 can pull that off better though, but even it has a shape that just tends to be complimented by a wing.

I think my favorite setup for the SW is the stock 91-93 3 piece with the Autopista center piece. The 94-97 1 piece looks pretty good to. The 98-99 looks kinda like a "tuner" wing although if you can find a factory part those were adjustable and go for a pretty penny. The GReddy wing is another good option.

Definitely these two, the top for adjustability and the bottom for smooth looks. Actually, even though the bottom wing is lower and less aggressive it has a trick up it's sleeve. It's effectively double-layer, because underneath it has horizontal surface to direct air off the rear smoothly. That ledge keeps the air from wrapping downward off the end of the poorly shaped, lift-inducing decklid. I guess the Autopista builds on that and actually rises into clean air. I'd like to see a lift/drag comparison between these two wings.

Really the whole back end of that thing sucks for everything but extracting heat out of the engine bay.

The only time ANY CRZ will be appealing is when it has a K-series.

EDIT: Actually it's been done already, we're just waiting for video of it in action.

EDIT 2: And here it is! I can't believe I forgot to check up on it lol.

It's for sale btw.

That video was pretty lame actually. Need to see the car in ACTION. Also, I'll never understand why people work on a project like that then sell it right away...

It's also running a bit of tire into the wheel well. I imagine it could use an extra spring rate or two with that big honkin' engine up there.

Lol if I saw this before all the edits I was going to say there's already a video haha. But you got it..

I imagine they're selling it because they already got their name out there and are going to do plenty more. He bought the car off the showroom floor, took his wife out to dinner, and then tore the car down to put in the motor. The car is still brand new, so why not sell it? Fund the parts and materials to do it again and again.

For some reason the wheels and tires on this car caught my eye. Something seems odd. It looks good, but it just looks different for some reason. Well first of all they look like they came straight off an M3.

That's what it is. It looks stock, in a good way. If the Supra were still made today that's probably what the wheel and tire package would look like. Besides the exhaust it looks like a fairly new, stock car.
