That Rocket Bunny 240 is sooo boss.

And the E30 is just weird. If it had bigger wheels and no roll cage it would be dope.. but that thing sticks up so much it just looks retarded

Pretty sure the cage isn't any taller than the roof would normally be.

I think the wheels are fine though.

The wheels on the black one fit the car perfectly, I'm not so sure about the white one.

*orange M3 and white S2000*
As those pictures prove that it's very possible to get the ride height, wheel size, tyre profile and offset just right, how are people still getting it massively wrong most of the time? Does not compute...

People are just obsessed sometimes with filling the wheel gap, but the truth is that for something to work right you must have at least some wheel gap

I think the S2000 could use some wider wheels. It's still not utilizing all the space in the fenders.

It's all a matter of opinion though, and what the car is being made for. If I was planning on turning my car into a grip track car, it would be probably 2 inches higher than it is now, but I'm not, so I don't really care. I like both looks though, just often they're way overdone.

Not always. Most cars have plenty of room for travel under the fenders, especially in the rear. On some cars, the fender design prevents this, for example, the S2000 has almost no room under the fenders, so closing the wheel gap means you've got about an inch before you start hitting things. My car for example, has millimeters between the rear quarters and tires, but they don't rub under compression, and I've got room for probably 3 more inches of compression before I hit anything. Now, my car has been dropped about 4 inches so my geometry is pretty much gone, but lots of cars like BMWs start off with very little wheel gap, and a mild lowering job gets rid of it, although the suspension is entirely unharmed by doing so.

Yeah, I meant to say something more like working at their optimal level, which I understand is definitely not what everyone is looking for

I think many people who enjoy "proper geometry" are more obsessed with a "functional" ride height than those obsessed with wheel/tire fitment. The irony is that, often times, they pay a fraction of the attention to the dampers or know how they're REALLY supposed to perform with the tires which, usually at their level of competition, is significantly more important than how low their car is.

*I am not reffering to anyone in this thread, just saying*

Also, this is coming from someone who is very much into with the intricate workings of driving at the limit of adhesion.

S14 with Bride seats:

Ive seen this in numerous cars (can't really remember what cars) where the seats don't mount level, left and right. Not sure if it was just with Bride seats though.

Everytime I see this car in good shape, I instantly go to mental fap mode. Somewhere in my life I'm going to own one  I just have to

I will never forgive myself if I don't.

I'm going to hell by not doing it.

Who needs a girlfriend anyways??
