In any case, at the speed most people "carve corners" at an amateur level, whether it be the track or some back roads, a good driver will do more for going faster than proper suspension geometry, given the same tires and conditions.

And Keef, I know how you feel. It's like when I was small and was completely amazed when I saw some "cool" special effects in movies. Then I grew up and realized those movies were low budget and actually sucked

Ugh. Not keen on that EK9. It's one of those cars I always feel uneasy about people "improving" because I like the original car so much. Renault Clio Williams and Peugeot 106 Rallye come under that category too. I'm sure they can be improved upon, but the base cars are so wonderful to begin with you have to question why bother, unless you spend your life on a track.
