Well, that's because the S13 was basically a RWD economy car, while the RX7 was Mazda's halo sports car. The RX7 was designed to be awesome - the S13 has only been made awesome because most people can't afford RX7s.

Surely they're adjustable to a proper position but I can't imagine why anyone would want it at that angle. The video with Daijiro driving the white ITBd Cosmos...the column was angled correctly but it also did not have PS.

I've seen a 20B one. Oddly enough a friend of mine spotted it at a storage facility. It is fairly derelict. Flat tires, ruined paint, exhaust system rotted through and falling off. They switch hands in North America for typically around $5000, even in good condition. This one is probably worth 2. In a few years, when the trade restrictions on them are lifted, I will absolutely be buying one. Should coincide with me finishing graduate school and making 'real money' as well.
