GT86/BRZ fanboism alert!
IMO that blue BRZ is perfect. But I'm going for a black GT86 in the future, and I have no idea what looks best on black. I like those whites rims, but maybe white rims on a black car just look ridiculous for a daily driver?

The BR-Z reminds me of the Mitsubishi FTO in some ways. That's a good thing. Wish it had a better engine. I was very disappointed by that during my test drive. I can deal with a lack of power, but not a lack of character and sound.

I felt the opposite. It feels like a playful car when you're drving it, and it sounds way better than a Peugeot RCZ or a Megane RS. It needed just a little more power, though. Like, just a nudge. An extra 25-50 hp.

Those pictures of the Japanese mountain racers of the 1990s...oh I wish I could go back to that time. Before cell phones, before the widespread use of the internet, before this closed in feeling that I constantly have caused, paradoxically, by such unlimited access to everything. Just the mountain, the road, and the car. Maybe that's why I like initial d so much, it really takes me to a better place. I miss the 90s so much.

I tend to be pretty nostalgic and without the internet I wouldn't have access to all these awesome things that give me such a good view into how motorsports and car tuning/driving culture was in those days. I can definitely relate though. I won't write an article on it but I still got a drawer full of Initial D volumes
