I saw it and immediately thought of the race model in GT5 that I love so much. I think it looks pretty mean.

*ED. - more pictures of it popped up:

It's Japanese, what do you expect? Other than the stickers and... "meat gang" on the wing struts, I fail to see what's wrong with the car.

So you don't like it?

Ok, so you like it(?)

But yeah besides the wing and stickers that car is sweet. I would probably have a different exhaust tooo but this one doesnt ruin it.

speed junkie, I love that car. I was just saying that that's how people modify Japanese cars 90% of the time anywhere in the world (just look through the rest of this thread). Especially in Japan they often modify their domestic cars with a heavy track influence, garnished with some slightly eccentric details.

Actually he's from the states. If I'm not mistaken he's from the street sweeper gang crew. They all have ridiculously wide cars with huge wings like that. I'd say its more American that Japanese IMO.

Are you guys serious? The wheels look awful.

It wouldn't be out of place in the questionable modifications thread.

Okay...that's a bit exaggerated. I get it not suiting your taste but definitely does not belong in that thread.

The BR-Z reminds me of the Mitsubishi FTO in some ways. That's a good thing. Wish it had a better engine. I was very disappointed by that during my test drive. I can deal with a lack of power, but not a lack of character and sound.

This I completely agree with.

Late to the party on this, but my two cents:

Normally I'd agree, but I finally had a go in one the other day and honestly the relative lack of character to the sound didn't bother me.

Admittedly I was being silly with the car so had other things to concentrate on (private test track, traction control off, you know the drill) but I think maybe I'd be happy enough with a slightly more vocal exhaust system and that'd be it. The engine gets the important stuff right, like throttle response.

Since we're in the right thread for it:

The other day didn't suck...

^ I don't know if I'm annoyed by, or completely in love with, that last one.

I went looking for that Stance Works 780-odd whp E30 I posted to try and coax the paint name/code out of the owner. It sounds like the car was since sold and the current owner posted on a Bimmer forum in November that he was looking to re-paint to make it more his own. Anyway, more angles:
