That's what I was thinking. Also, the OP states that the tribute laps will be run at 90 MPH/145KPH and that the caution speed is the 63MPH/100KPH.

Don't we have to turn around?

Why would we need to? Oh! So that we don't lose a lap? That's a really good idea! I know that we were supposed to have 2 tribute laps and then the race would start on lap 3 of 200. But how about instead we turn around and run one tribute lap? That way we can have all 200 laps!

Sounds good. Turn around, line up on the backstretch, I'll lead with half a pace lap at 63MPH/100KPH and peel off into the pits for a lap 1 of 200 Green Flag start. Also, final decision on Green/White/Checkered? Yes or no? Personally, I think it's a good idea.

I think we should only have GWC in case of a major wreck, taking many people off the race, and only with 2/3 laps left, if more laps to go then have a normal caution.

Well, a GWC would only take effect if the race was to finish under Caution anyway.

yes, and the caution will only be called if there is a monumental wreck in the last 2 laps, by that meaning more then 3 cars, if its 2 or less then bad luck to those involved,

also, there will only be 1 DC restart if multiple DC's happen in the first 11 laps, if you get DC'd after that then bad luck, you may re enter if there is a GWC,

A DC restart? Well, the point of a DCC is to resume at where the race was left off and that could be used 1 time per disconnected person. (Usually in a lobby it's either one person that gets disconnect one time or multiple people one time only or that one person who keeps getting disconnected, and if that happens, they probably have such a bad connection that they are lagging to the point it's ruining the racing experience.

By the way, what is the deal with microphones? Allowed or not? If they're allowed then someone can just speak instead of typing SC.
