I've noticed that it sometimes takes more than 2 minutes to match (like 2.5 minutes).

Maybe it would make sense to move this event to 05 - 20 - 35 - 50, just to eliminate accidental matches with the 00 crowd.

I take sector 1 of lap 1 (at least through Dunlop) with much more care than the rest of the race. Generally, I'm looking 3-4 cars ahead (and keeping an eye on my mirror). I'll brake early if I see trouble (and I usually do), so that I can avoid contact when possible.

The goal of the first sector of lap 1 isn't to get to the lead, but rather to sort out the field, turning a double wide start into a single file order.

Sorry Bud - no contact that I was aware of. I followed you through the esses at a distance, because the lag was awful. I held back so much that Sinsemilia overtook me. On the exit from the second part of Degner you were almost stopped on the left side of the track, and Sinsemilia was almost stopped on the right side. Big gap in the middle which i drove through. I wasn't aware of any contact. I don't do deliberate contact, and if I hit someone accidentally I will always put my hands up and apologise.
I don't really understand this business of lag. You were literally dancing from one side of the track to the other, while Sinsemilia was completely steady.
Anyway - please accpt my apologies (and maybe a pm would've been better initially?)

I didn't mean to overtake there but I got a big hit up the rear end from a GTR behind me. I thought I may have pushed one of you two wide so I decided to wait evan though the guy in the GTR caused it.

At the start of the race it was weired as cars would appear next to me and bump then would appear ahead of me on the track. It seemed to calm down as I got through the Esses then out of the bend before the bridge you were along side and it apppeared as if you drove me off the track whilst alongside me.

I appoligise for coming on strong in my post. I was a bit frustrated, as out of 6 races tonight I have been in I have yet to finish one. Something is feeling a miss tbh. Lots of lagging in races aswell from my end. I'm going to quit for tonight and give it up as a bad day at the office.

Im quite proud of myself, not for coming second due to GTP_Bollox unfortunate trip in the sand chasing down DoctorBen but for my ability to know which drivers i can rely on to go side by side round a corner with, unlike Bennant who through the esses i just knew if i did not brake even though i was on the inside this guy would more than likely push me off as he wanted to hug the corner...i was right, he hugged the corner where i should have been if not for my knowledge of those who are fully 360degree aware and those who are not

I reckon people are just a bit hyper after the excitement of finding out their divisions. Plus theres probably some that feel they should be in higher divisions and feel they have something to prove when racing the ones in the divisions above them.

Hell, I made more than a few avoidable errors that caused problems for others and similarly I've been on the receiving end from other GTP'ers too... it happens. I'm sure there is no malice intended, but there is no denying that things out on track today were a bit rougher than usual even among us lot. It'll settle down soon I reckon.

GTP_Redwings is in the registry, division 1 gold (although he's listed at GTP_Redwings in the registry, and GTP_Redwing in the division assignment).

I've also had the pleasure of Redwing knocking me off twice. It needs a very skilled driver to overtake on the outside on the esses
and you ain't one of them because if you were then I wouldn't be writing this.
