Question:

Will the lap count for the race be reevaluated after qualifying to place all rooms close to the target 2h24m race time, or will all rooms run the currently-listed 40 laps regardless of the time it will take to do so?

Genuine question considering that the cars are considerably faster this year with the open tire regulations. Not to mention that the LMP2 room will run slower regardless.

Would be nice that every room has all three clases... in this case all of the rooms could have 40 laps (considering LMP1 can run that many)...

I believe the math works up to lmp1 cars doing 40 and GTE doing 30. Give or take a lap or two

Lmp1 will take around 8k seconds and GTE will take 9.7k seconds. That a difference of 1.7k seconds. That is the base to figure total laps

We're talking about LMP1 lobbies vs LMP2 lobbies. GTE's almost a non-issue since they'd be present in all lobbies anyway.
