is GT6's photo mode better than Forza 5?

You're excused.

As a byproduct but I'll entertain the thought.

So what you're saying, and please correct me if I'm mistaken, is that GT6's photo mode is better by default because of the debatable superiority in the car models?

Because if that's the case I'm going to nominate Driveclub as being better than both of them.

I see, now we've created an arbitrary rating system for something you won't notice unless you're doing extreme close-ups?

And yes I deleted the above post because it has some of the same images that have been posted in this thread umpteen times over.

Okay, Now I see what's happened here...
While the OP asked about which Photo Mode produces the Best Visual Results,
This thread has become derailed and is now about Which Photo mode Interface is more Intuitive to Use..

I thought I was actually staying on topic and presenting my reply to the OP's intended topic.

Since we are now discussing Interfaces
I will say that I like the SLR similarity of GT6's Photo mode.
Too Me, it seems more Intuitive and Natural.
Plus, I have to take into consideration that GT6 is doing this on Older Generation Hardware..

Is it really fair to compare Old Gen to Next Gen hardware?
No Not really, and the Fact that GT6 still comes out on top, makes it all that more amazing.

Lets wait till GT7 comes out on the PS4 and touch base on this topic again..

Like an actual SLR, I found GT's to be a bit intimidating at first. I had a much more comfortable time when i first jumped on Forza. Natural? Definitely. Intuitive? No. I would say that goes to FM. It's direct, simple, and to the point. Although GT's photo transferring method is very intuitive and something I wish would be adopted. Other photomode options for Forzavista I'm hoping they get around to next iteration is car locations/adjustments. Although a bit slow, from what I remember, it was great to be able to position your vehicle to achieve that great angle you're itching for.

I don't see GT7 coming out this year, or next year. It's a big jump they have to do and I wouldn't be surprised if FM popped out a few iterations before that. Seeing the progress from FM2 to FM4 on one console generation, I'm curious at what they'll achieve this time around. The sacrifices that had to be made to come out "on top." Still, this is for another topic.

Heres my two cents worth..... Two pics from Horizon 2. You be the judge.

Yes they have been edited... But all good pics are
Editing done
A little sharpening
Blur the background
warm filter
thats it...

Unedited shot with lower exposure and high shutter speed ( Pan mode 3 ) - test run of LFA Nurb Package replica at Green Hell.

Finding a good spot to take a picture at Green Hell is fun.

What I found weird though it's that we are kind of limited with some of the features of the camera. They've shown examples with the FT-1 I think it was, of slower shutter speeds....
I haven't tried the Photomode in Forza, but as a photographer myself I love the approach PD decided to take.

What I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to have is the option of a flash or multiple flashes.... Just imagine the possibilities...
