Afraid I never was able to get the car driving exactly how I wanted, just ran out of time. Car still has a very slight tendency towards high speed understeer but a little throttle control will see you through.

The Wallbanger ran a 2:11.054 on Suzuka with it and a 57.351 on Tsukuba. Not sure how much I left on the track at Tsukuba as I pushed it pretty hard there, but I know there's probably a couple seconds on Suzuka as I kept messing up various sectors.

I've been running this car online for touge races the last 8 months... it's 500PP, and i have absolutely NO IDEA how fast it goes around Tsukuba or Suzuka. Will you guys find out for me?

Just remove the racing exhaust , add sports intake manifold and adjust the downforce to 3 to reach 490PP

Ryan, I have RJ's entries ready to put on share to be tested, but the settings posts may take a while since RJ can't get to a PC right now. Is it okay for the sheets to be late since I'm hosting the cars?

Just to add onto this, I've shared all 3 of RJ's cars now. The GC8 '96 is the 490PP entry, Spec C for 520 and the premium sedan for 550PP. None of these cars have a second gearbox setting so they can be driven as seen.

All subies like me, eh? Only his would be the better drive. And faster. But it's RJ's cars, it would be. How do they drive, Roj? Sideways when you brake, then slight understeer on the way out?

Only on the GC8. The Spec C and Kia Sedan handle pretty neatly, considering they're both based on Spec I tunes.

So far I've tested my GT86 and RJ's GC8 for 490PP. Once I've tested a few more I'll post up what I have and update it.

Roj yes thats fine for RJ's tunes, i will accept all tunes until i get up tomorrow morning and i will make a big post saying no tunes accepted or some bs.

I will be posting the times i have (no real comments yet) tomorrow when i wake up as well

Decided to enter the LFA instead of an R35. Just didn't want to hear more whining from the GT-R haters. Didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to with the LFA, but it's a pretty fun tune. Not quite as fast as my GTR, but still up there.

time to stock up on energy drinks then finish testing the 490 pp entries....... just as well i've been proactive, already tested 10 or so cars...... just gotta do the rest!.

I do not envy the task of those testing all three classes...... that is a huge undertaking!!, good work to those testers with enough time to do that I envy your resilience.

Just put it up on share, one of us will PM you the settings in your tune shop format if you want while you are off getting more wasted or sleeping or whatever.

But as long as the cars are shared and Jack can post something resembling a tune, you can't really say he didn't make the the deadline…because he sort of did.

Ok I will put it on share, the settings havent changed over the past few days either.
Tsukuba Setup is in tab A and Suzuka Setup is in tab B, only difference is the gear ratios.

Ok I put the car on share, wont be back on to post my settings until after work which will be roughly 9-10 hours from now.
The car was tuned using the ds3 and is so easy to drive and do controlled drifts. Enjoy!

I haven't fully broken in the LFA simply due to time constraints..I shall be doing that now though I don't think much will change. Perhaps a few notches on the power limiter if anything. Good to go for testing.

Specifically why we would adjust 5th and 6th for one track, and only adjust 6th on another... Doesn't that mean 5th stays the same on both tracks? Or....?

Well…I'm guessing it's set top speed slider to X for track in question, leave everything as it is, adjust gear that you are told to adjust. Seems hard to fathom why you'd want to do so though…

5th isn't the same for both tracks. For one thing, Tsukuba's gearbox is running 155mph in the top speed slider, and Suzuka's gearbox is at 186mph. This means that, as you should know full well by now (), the ratios are different already, which mean that he feels that they are alright, if he doesn't adjust it.

I'm honestly surprised no one done an S2000 for 490PP. It's one of my favorite jdm's and it's been discontinued too

Okay..There are two settings. One forveach track. You first reset the transmission to default. Then move the speed slider in the bottom to specified speed. Finally adjust any gear ratios given to values specified. So for suzuka you only move 6th gear while on tsukuba you adjust both 5th and 6th. This of course comes after you've set the speed slider

I think the 490 and 520PP versions turned out really well and they should put up some fight in their class. The 550PP one I'm not really satisfied with, think that it has a bit more to offer but I ran out of time for tuning.

Same thing with my 490PP entry. I was gonna do a '91 FD3S type R but being as I had a Spirit R with months worth is online racing & tuning the suspension & lsd, I thought why not.. The type R was giving me trouble with lack of traction the moment it wasn't going in a straight line loll

That Spirit R runs the stock tranny, but that's because it's built to comply with TOSS's Legend of the Streets and f/c tranny isn't allowed.

My 550PP Spirit R, on the other hand, has the gears worked nicely. I'm looking forward to seeing how fast the testers can run Suzuka with it...

Even though I'm not signed up as a tester, I'm still running some of the setups. Whichever ones I can afford to run. Since I can't get online, I can't make any fast cash doing seasonals. I'm down to 14k credits!

The S2000 is a proper monster. Makes my heart sink whenever I see one turn up, because I know I'm about to get a schooling

I've got the day to myself tomorrow, so I think I'm going to run some more entries. I've run a few so far and I've got a feeeling I'm going to get schooled again...

I repeatedly fed it to the armco, the kitty litter and my RS6. It was also Deep Pink with green wheels. Fatty doesn't get off lightly.

And it never will, unless the R36 is so awful you can forgive the R35 of its crapness, that is.

Anyways…Y U NO START TESTING, TESTER?! I'm bored on GT5, I need something to keep me playing…or should I just go back to NFS:HP? Then I might not come back at all.

Anyway, one more thing Roj, why is the 490PP Impreza pink? I don't mind pink…but god it doesn't look good… Or is that just me, again?
