Scenery shots have become your signature work, Stunning shots jg:tup: you are incredible at these:tup:

thanks again everyone! i guess scenery shots are my stuff. never actually realized that,
but i find it easier to do compared to actually taking pics of cars and cleaning them up.
i feel a bit of a crapper when it comes to taking shots of cars to a different level. i guess my scenery shots are mostly inspired by the environment at my work, since it's situated at the highest point of the park here in vancouver, and i always drive around the park in order to get in and out of work, so all my ideas come from there. i really appreciate the great comments guys!

i was gonna use this pic to enter the italian car comp (forgot the actual name of the comp), but by the time i was finished with the whole thing, the comp was closed. sigh...
anyways here it is. nothing special, i like it because of the lighting and the calmness of the shot. it's like an early morning testing run. not so sure about the sig though. i just added it on there since the whole pic looked pretty bland. the black on the background was actually the shadow of the pole beside the track. here it is.

I actually like how you incorporated your sig into the shadow. The picture really does have that early morning look with the way the sun reflects off the right side of the car

thanks everyone. didn't think you guys would actually like it. i'm surprised to be honest.

here's another shot of new york and another shot of San Marco Square. sorry about the redundant locations but i just had to, since i spent soo much time on these two, it would be a shame to just hide them away. the european photo i actually used for the GT2.0 comp. enjoy guys.

Let me see…scenery shots.
The first Picture could become more interesting if the pillar wasn’t in the middle, but it is cool.
Has for the second one it could be more diagonal, but it is also cool, although I like the one that is in post #1427 better.

Good effort thought, and in overall, cool shots. 👍

wow! i'm surprised with the great feedback on the first update! i wasn't actually sure how people would take it, since i dont normally edit my shots like that. but thank you so much :)👍

my H2H comp entry.

what is it about the red paint in gt4 always being so crappy :grumpy:

Let me say that this Supra is HOT!!!!!! Great capture U got there!!!
And the Zonda its quite interesting too, very soft looking...well done:tup:
About the scenery shots...hmmm, I like more the 1st shot, mostly because the sky one the 2nd one its a little "crappy"...but its not your fault, its a game thing.

So keep up buddy:)

thanks for the comments guys. i agree with you on the second one. it is ****ty. the more i look at it, the more crappy i find it to be.. oh well.

by the way, i meant to say happy birthday (well, belated) to Nuno 👍 sorry took a while

Are you kidding me, those rims are flippin' awesome.

Now is it just me, or does the side of that car look alot like a vector? I really like it though, looks very cool. The reflection in the bumper is awesome aswell, keep up the good work man.👍

      !!!!!
What a shot Jg!!!!!!!! I love Clios, and U did really an awesome work on that one!!! So shiny and clean...and brutal looking...damm...and its even blue!!!! WOW!!!!

Thanks mate, love the present:D

Well... You have so many coolish pics in the time I've not been in your gallery, I don't know how to start... :shame:

The scenery shots are all very realistic and calmly beatiful, but the (oh crap, I don't remember the name of the snow scenary...)'s pic is REALLY REAL  I have to love it.

The same with the Supra, like I said in the comp topic, and Zonda and Clio are brilliant in all ways 👍👍

+rep for you

thanks for the great comments 👍

here's my pmc curve driver entry, which i'm planning on changing

by the way, i would like to thank atlop for posting the clickable preview pic tutorial.

guess people didn't like that one :( it does suck hehehe...

this update was supposed to be my entry for the CCCL comp, only to realize that it was the wrong friggin' car.

click for fullsize

but i think it's a good thing since i think i screwed up the hood.

Very nice, I love the reflections on this car:tup:, its also pretty clean, I hate it when you get the wrong car, I have done it once or twice.

cheers

Tommi:D

Its awesomely clean. Everything to me seems right but, once you have lens blurred all the areas just get the smudge tool and set the opacity to around 10-30 and rub round the edges of those blurred areas. This will give it a smoother more realistic look. Its still a great shot though 👍

Does this mean you won't be entering CCCL?

no i dont think i am, maybe maybe not, but i'm leaning more towards not now..too tired.
we'll see.

thanks for the great comments btw guys :D:tup:

That's hardcore cleaning! lol. The realistic feeling of cool light details is merded with the chopped feeling after using PS filters. I preffer the Clio, it's good. This is good improvement I think.
