Strangely if it contained the Mazda Autozam AZ-1 I would be quite happy with that.

This, the Honda Beat and Suzuki Cappuccino would be a nice pack, I only know of these cars from the Gran Turismo games and have unfortunately never seen any in real life but with a few upgrades they were quite fast on GT5.

What would be needed for a PI of 0?

I've driven both a Beat and a Cappuccino and they are great fun, never even seen an AZ-1 but want to experience one so bad.

FM4 with a few Kei cars would just add more goodness to an already great package.

Though I haven't actually got the game or an xbox quite yet (that's in around 2 weeks time), i've been keeping an eagle eye on the DLC and I would love to see some of the "missing" Porsches, though I couldn't see the original 911, 912, 911 GT1 or 968 in the list above ;)

If it turns out to be pre-war cars though, i'm thinking Cord, Auburn, Duesenburg, Talbot Lago, Bugatti...mmm!

I would loose it. If they could land that car in the game that would be a doozy.

Turn 10 is giving clues on the thread in their forums. One clue was Elvis owned one and less than 300 were made. I know what it is, do you? Super excited now!

They need a Cadillac Escalade...the 2012 comes with the 6.2L 403hp V8 standard. That would pretty much complete the SUV collection unless they add Maserati's new SUV.

Then, there would be:

1. Ram SRT10
2. Jeep SRT8
3. VW Toureg R50
4. BMW X5 M
5. BMW X6 M
6. Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG
7. Jeep Wrangler Rubicon
8. Hummer H1
9. Ford F-150 SVT Raptor
10. Ford SuperTransitVan
11. Porsche Cayenne Turbo
12. Audi Q7 V12 TDi
13. Saleen S331 Supercab
14. GMC Typhoon

The remaining SUVs to have:

15. 2012 Cadillac Escalade
16. 2013 Maserati Kubang
17. Hummer H2
18. Spyker D8
19. Ford SVT Lightning
20. Lamborghini LM002

Then you could REALLY have a nice Truck Racing series.

Hi Folks,

Apologies for the late notice on the DLC cars. I hope the cluefest provided enough for you to maintain sanity.

Cars will be announced in a couple hours in the WIR, as soon as I have it ready.

One last clue about a new car.

This car bears the name of a very loved model of the same name. It is however, much faster!

John

Update and Clue on last car

The bad news,WIR is in the works and will be coming out a bit later than normal hopefully in the next couple hours, sorry, but it is beyond our control. Not my fault, not my fault!

The good news, the pack is awesome, and the trailer, pics and story will come out at the same time.

I'm glad you have enjoyed what this thread has become, we will do something like this for future DLC packs.

Now your last clue, on the last car. While a good performing vehicle for its time, the motor was known to destroy itself. It was determined much later that it was not a mechanical defect but a harmonic issue that was at fault.

Have a great weekend folks!

John

I see the yellowbird, but sadly thats the only thing I want in this pack...

I can almost hear Clarkson from here about the Merc...

Nice pack: it probably won't be well liked by the majority, since it majors on quirk and age, but I like it. To be able to drive a 507 or the '40 Ford is a huge surprise. The latter, and the Beetle, should be a lot of fun for swaps. Happy to see the flip-light Celica too, even if it's not much different to what we have. The Ghibli and Yellowbird will be the first two I buy.

I know I'm happy with the focus on older, lesser-known cars, but I really am wondering if we'll ever get the Toyobaru or a non-Shelby modern Mustang. Sort of surprised there's no ZL1 yet either.

EDIT - in short, what Dave said :P
