I bought an BNR32 thinking it would be a heavyweight, but it's only a middle weight. I ended up buying a Supra for the heavyweight category races.

For FF cars you need to set up the rear stiffer than the front. Add some neg camber to the front wheels and some minus toe to the rear wheels. Also using a lower level tyre on the rear helps.

with one car i conquered Hakone, Haruna, and Akagi. beleive it or not that car is the Toyota Trueno
now you would think i'm luying, but the key in defeating those four hundred horsepower cars that i face was racing on wet surface..............on all three mountain passes, i only raced on rainy days. i am devistatengly good on wet
now i have 1st and snd Iroha unlocked, and i tell you i'm loving that game by the minute. but the thing that astonishes me the most is the hairpins and steep mountain passes that are in this game and the thing is they are based on real passes, it's like the japanes built these streets on purpose knowing that they will be used for drifting. awesome, awesome passes.
and for the rest of you guys out there, either chip or buy a japanese PS2, it is worth evry penny

Damnit, I just don't seem to have enough money to pour into my cars. I'm getting so many upgraded parts so fast it's hard to keep track of which car has what. Also when you change a part, all the settings go back to default, which is annoying when you replace the suspension on all your cars and then you realise that you'll have to set up all your cars suspension all over again.

every one in kaido battle 2 is getting butchered by me and my new EVO III, but what really is bugging me is the sponsors. why am i not being sponsord by the sponsors whom i passed theire tests? i am not able to buy any new or used cars!!! i have read all the e-mails that where sent to me, still working on the "GO PASS" Test Runs. i have no idea what to do, can someone help me here please.

Okay, yesterday I got the 1st and 2nd Iroha tracks and the new cars...
But WTF? No bodykit/-parts for the 190E? That is mean, man! And even no colors for that ****in' car. What the hell is up with that?
But nevermind, I got myself an S14 and let's see if I can get it right. When I got some good settings, I will post them for the others in the dead Settings thread.

i have had that problem a couple times. i bought the actual game not a copy and its happend just a couple times after ive been playing it continuously for a couple hours but it usually reappears after about 10 seconds or so then its fine.

Mine does that if the disc is dirty. Clean the disc.

I've got like 14 cars. And some of those tuner cars are abseloute crap, like those Fujitsubo EVO and Imprezas. Still no farking Escort Cossworth and i'm rolling in cash because of all the stickers on my AE86 Levin, JZA80 Supra and my S15 Silvia. All my other cars have none.

its fun to take the cossy against those later bosses.. (leave the engine stock, or mostly stock) I can dominate those Japanese with the cossy..man i need to get one of those imported irl..

When were you able to buy the cossie? The Escort I mean, i'm on the second to last stage and I still haven't got the damn thing. The Sierra Cosworth is irritating even after you've adjusted the LSD, alignment, gear ratios and suspension settings it still loves to wheelspin all the way up to 3rd gear.

IRL I wouldn't advise you to get a cossie, you'll probably end up with one that's been thrashed and even the good ones break quite frequently.

IRL I'd rather buy a Lancia Delta Integrale than an Escort Cossie to be honest. I don't know if this is a good comparison, but I'd definitely go for the Lancia. 👍

They both break allot, actually i'd think that the Lancia would break more. The Integrale is rarer than the Cossie here in England anyway. Actually the Integrale would've been a cool car for Kaido Battle 2, a short wheelbase 4wd car.

1st Iroha is a pain in the arse to do CA races on.

Edit: Is it just me, or is Haruna scarily simmilar to the Akina track in that Initial D game?
