If Sebastian Vettel becomes the winner of the F1 World Championship title in the Oct. 9 Formula 1 Suzuka GP, We’ll give away the “Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel” color, TO EVERYONE WHO LOGS ONTO GT5 WITHIN 1WK FROM VETTEL’S VICTORY… that's his full tweet

Even though almost everyone has the car anyway, this is great news. :) I wonder if it means we'll get free stuff when Loeb wins the WRC championship and Jeff Gordon wins the NASCAR championship.

guys you don't get the car, you get the LIVERY

Maybe my english are too bad...

He meant to say they will give away a "Red Bull X2010 (S.Vettel Color)".
The car in its special livery, not a paint chip.

I'm confused, I think it's the Car, not a livery, but just in case...

if it's the Livery, I'm painting one of my F1 cars with it!

It's a matter of missing or misplacing a comma:

"Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel Color"
"Red Bull X2010, S.Vettel Color"

I'd go with what he say in his original language and our trusted translator opinion:

If Kazunori Yamauchi meant the "livery" design as opposed to the car, it would be useless. We'd require a livery editor to use it because it wouldn't apply itself directly (without alteration) to other cars... and before anyone goes there - no, not in Spec 2.0.

I was wondering when common sense would arrive 👍

Unfortunately, you can't paint the Ferrari F1 cars ... :indiff:

BTW, I believe it's the X1 2010 "vehicle" they are giving away, not the paint chip!

I bet almost everyone doesn't have a X2010 and if they do, most people don't have the Vettel version.

I've already got 4 of these cars (3 from challenges, 1 from B-spec). Oh how I would laugh if Vettels car dies in every race and Button wins every race.

Lets face it, everybody is gettin an X1. He could have atleast said this a few months ago where the possibility of Vettel losing was more likely than me winning the lottery.

You only get the car if Vettel becomes champion at Suzuka, not at any other track. He fails to become champion at Suzuka, its bye bye X2010 for most people.

Depends when you got the game and your stance on trading/duping.

The Vettel is the first x1 you get. It's awarded automatically at lvl35, so I'd argue it's the most common.
Tbh, most people who give a damn about x1's are those that don't have one. The novelty wore off pretty quickly for those that do.

I've got at least 14 for some reason... I rarely, if ever bother with them. And yes, I have the done Vettel challenge :)

The only chance that Vettel will not finish in the points is if his car dies, but even if he doesn't finish the race, unless Button wins it Vettel is the champion.

So everybody is getting an X1.

As for what was said above, I agree. The X1 is probably my least driven car, It took a lot to manage to gold all 3 events and hats off to the other guys that did it (and I know loads did), but after finishing that event I never wanted to drive the piece of **** again. Anyway, didn't they make the times ridiculously easy to get bronze a while back? Can't see why anybody wouldn't already have this car.
