To be honest, How in the world would you even be able to fit a car on that track to begin with? Dimensions wise, it doesn't look road car friendly.

You could run small cars Mini Coopers & Fiat 500's but the karts would wind up being faster.

I'm pretty confident we won't get livery editor till at least GT6, and I'm basing that on what Kaz said in the interview from some time ago.

Some of the confusion could be that the quoted time was 2pm PST yet no area in Canada or the USA is on PST. Did he actually mean PDT, but accidentally say PST. If he really meant 2PM PST then that is actually 3PM PDT and 6PM EDT.

Your ps3 is hanging up, Ive hosted dozens of Spa races since release and not had this, even done several endurance races with full weather for upto 40 laps.

I'm wrong, it works now. It's probably happened to a bunch of people on their first try. I heard about it, and then it happened to me. After a reset, it seems to be working just fine.
