I really appreciate the work he's putting in to at least respond to peoples tweets, no matter how random. I am also not a GT5 feature basher. I play the hell out of the game and love it. Sure, there are some things I'd want different, polished, my way, etc....but that goes for all software I use. Speaking on the behalf of software development, I can't understand why there is no direct line of communication. Lots of software that I own there are forums dedicated to them, with developers answering questions and such. Now I'm not expecting to google chat with Kaz for an hour but I can't wrap my head around the fact that there is no where to go for official development discussion. I know exactly where to go to see a change log/bug fixes if the Android software I'm currently running has an update, or I need to report a bug/contact the dev. If I'm having trouble with the forum on my website, I know exactly where to go to speak to thhe dev team. Twitter is awesome for some things, but talking to a dev about software it is not. Now a tweet pointing out a change log with a link to his forum is an appropiate tweet. A forum on PD's site, whatever. There are plenty of devs on their team that could contribute. I'm not asking it be Kaz only, he has to be a busy man and I'm not crying there isn't one. There would be so much less bickering and fighting over what is being addressed and what is being added if there were clear communication. That is the one and only thing this dev team doesn't have. I just don't understand the use of twitter @ 140 characters at a time as a main/meaningful way of communication.
