A: At the moment as we don't put our hands on strict fluid simulation I don't think I can answer to your expectations, but hopefully the game too will reach that point sooner or later.

I would want someone to ask him if he will fix the engine sounds for the cars.

Some cars sound like bastard-childs of others, while most are generic:(.

I hope PD updates them sometime soon.
 
Well, there's one more person who's posts I never have to read...

On the User Event Generator, I'd like someone to tweet about that too, and emphasize that this needs to be offline as well as online. Some of us don't like the online shift in physics.

It's going to be interesting to read what everyone thinks of GT5 as it's tweaked over the coming months. I'm currently involved in a synthesizer programming project for the Arturia Origin, so amazingly, I haven't raced for a week now. I should set aside some time before Friday to race some more, and see what the improvements are.

Replacing the word "one" with the number 1 is certainly text speak. And you did avoid the swear filter by changing the spelling. Still against the rules:

Kaz generaly only replys to tweets in japanese, so somebody who can ask him properly in japanese would have to ask in order to get any kind of response. but kaz usually only responds to the oddest questions or comments. Someone tweeted him in english, if im not mistaken, that they had just finally bought a ps3 after buying GT5 in december; and that they loved the game. he just answered with something like thank you im glad you like it. I'm sure he g\ets bombarded with thousands of questions a day. he said sorry to about 3 or 4 people who's gamesave file went over 4000kb and died.

No. It's spelt with an i, not the letter y.
 
when discussing something that involves multiple options (IE: Jamie Mcmurray's NASCAR stock car has the number 1, while his teammate, Juan Pablo Montoya, has the number 42.), you can use the word one and it's numerical symbol 1 interchangably, while when discussing something that has simply one option (IE: while when discussing something that has simply one option), the word one should be used, and the numerical symbol 1 is a sort of shorthand, although not "text speak".

in short, you shouldn't have used it in that way, but that wasn't expressly text speak, so I don't think a ban should be given out for that. you're rebellious thoughts on the moderation of this forum, however, are a different story...

It's not even a recognised word in the English language so don't try to pass on your wisdom of how it should or shouldn't be spelt, who cares he said shyte, move on.

Ok last post OT (unless SS Reichsführer AMG. deems OT to be text speak): the spelling with an I is a very common British and Irish english spelling. Replacing the I with a Y is probably a regional thing, doesn't mean he used it to bypass a word filter. He could have said crap, or simply replaced the I with a 1. (one, sorry SS Reichsführer AMG.)

Although you are correct, try the other spelling, which does exist in the English language.

Supposed to be, but instead of a list of his tweets you have to trawl through 50 pages of garbage to find one useful tweet here and there, im sure another 2 or 3 posts of garbage isn't going to change the direction of the thread.

As for his tweets, god it makes you wish you studied japanese in high school.

Edit : Tk-421 Ohhh god really, of course the other spelling exists. Go back and read his post's he explains why he used the word before you got all super moderator on him. :sigh:

+1 Someone ( not me ) , needs to compile all of his tweets so far and then update with new ones as they come. Anyone actually looking for his tweets like i was see's the 50+ (92) pages of rubbish and clicks the back button.

Gotta say thanks to Shirakawa Akira aswell, you seem to be slightly better than google at translating :P :P

Seems like a lot of effort; as this thread is relatively old, a lot of the tweets have been resolved via the 1.05 update, etc. It's only the last 40 odd pages that would need scavenging, and most of those issues will likely be fixed in the next update on the 18th. I'd say a completely clean slate would be a good way to go for this thread, right after the new update.

Just needs some moderation... the thread tends to get filled with random conversations between tweets... It's a leading thread for any new information so it also attracts a lot of people...
