Why close the the thread?? i need to post my revised settings and would like feedback, besides is there a problem with haveing a thread for the 05 stang? its a popular car and for good reason

P.S. i should have them settings in a few days, sorry for the delay but havent had much time to play lately. stupid work they just keep exspecting me to come in and work to get paid go figure????

Take your time, he's not a mod... It most likely will not close as they know that if they close this one, you or somebody like you will simply start another thread on the matter... Pay no attention to people who spam topics with stuff like that... Eagerly awaiting you new settings... Later Ed

Oh, touchee... bravo, as it's ONLY the tunings and settings forum that I am posting my settings and tuning tips... go figure. There aren't any rules against posting new set ups in their own threads... it makes it easier to find them instead of having to look in the "post requests for settings" thread... because that worked real well. Now asside from adding a few "so there" remarks to other people's comments, OH and of course bashing newbies to the board, name one positive thing you've contributed to any of the threads you posted on... you can't possibly have positive criticisme on EVERY setting, EVERY car, AND EVERY comment, EVERY question made... so you simply see what's new, then add a little remark or cut or diss to something someone has said... This by defenition is spaming my friend, and you're doing it, leading to people such as myself to retort, leading to getting off topic all together. Perhaps your mom never told you that if you don't have anything nice to say... Later Ed

P.S. I'm assuming you wanted to call me noob when you said "nub". If that's what was supposed to be said, you said it yourself that even I've been here longer then yourself... so what does that make you?

P.P.S. I'm guessing you're a "title seeker". You're posting like mad to get a title that makes you feel important because you can't hash it out the long way or people will know you're full of beans... I'm also going ont on a limb, but people don't generaly like you, so this "title" you're after may imply false sence of belonging to an indevidual who's trying so very hard to "just fit in". Get it straight, guys like RK, that you idealize so much, have earned the right to perhaps be a bit sharper as they've put in their time. They aren't noobs, and they do know what they're talking about for the most part (not always, but most of the time). I don't see how you think you can come in here and act the way you are without any reason for doing so...

i got to play with the settings a little before work yesterday i think i made some inprovements, i took the advise from this thread, for the most part(i left the sawy bar settings alone,though) and i think the cars a lot more stable and less drift like a few more tweaks tonight and i should be ready to post the new settings.

title seeker, no, i like to spread my knowledge and also learn more about tuning, and i dont make 10 threads for cars either like i said. admin and moderator posted that u should post settings for cars in 1 thread to keep it nice and tidy, read, or cant u?


i dont diss, i merely lead the stray onto the right path through constructive criticism, and the fact that people dont read the stickies through the admins and mods always say so irks me.


knowledge is power bro, regardless of age, i would gladly humble myself to a younger person if their knowledge surpases mine, think about it



btw, constructive criticism answers and rebuffs all ur questions, good game and good nite, or if u think ur all pro and stuff (cs included) then gg and gn

My, what an excellent little retort you've put together... Your grabbing at straws trying to come up with something to say... I like it, now you know how most people feel when you jump all over them, making corrections with useless information that won't help the people you're "trying" to help.

As for people liking you, it's plain to see that people don't like you... it's evident in the way you write, the way you converse with people here, the way you try to steal people's ideas and/or views. You see, people who've had a lot of positive interaction with others, tend to have a ceratin way of going about things... a way of doing or saying this, while not doing or saying that... Although I can't "see" what you act like outside of this setting, your interaction with others here would idicate that you realy ARE "just trying to fit in". I understand that, but put in your time, talk about what you know and make up your own mind about things. Example, in the other thread you quoted Duck... meaing that again, not having theability to think for yourself, went and borrowed something from somebody else who actuely has something to say... It could be about things like this, or something altogether different, you just don't have the ammo to do the job yourself... I'm placing your age at about 13-16, maybe 17... Give it a rest...

i would aperciate any feedback anyone has on this set up im a big mustang fan and im always looking for something to help me cut a few tenths off my time
I love the 05' so far and i love the cobra in GT3 but havent bought it yet in GT,
any of you own a mustang? i got a 91' GT just ran a 14.4 at the drag strip (with a 3.27 gear) id prolly do better the the spring/shock combo i got is more for handeling then straitline speed

P.S. i use a normal ol PS2 controller so any set up thats to responsive to driver input is a death trap for me on the ring(to bumppy)

Its to bad they didnt put the Grand Prix GTP in the game. With the little mods I have on my car I ran a 13.9 @ 100 in the 1/4.

I said maybe 17... maybe, because if you were 17, then you're a socialy under developed 17 year old... I never called you ignorant, I basicaly called you un-inteligent and un-original... those both stand true to this day. Besides, noting your friends, is hardly considered a credible source (Not that DUCK dosen't know what he's talking about though, goes back to being around for a while). But it would be like making an essay about the sun and saying "My friend Tommy says the sun is made with cheese." It holds about as much weight as what you're doing. As for the sticky, it refers to asking the SAME QUESTION over and over again, not realy for the settings part of the board, unless it's a "My car doesn't work right what can I do, these are my settings", kind of posting. As for proof this entire conversation about how you're a spammer, as well as all the others where you've led people off topic are my proof. All of the times you've added simply "me too" or "I agree 100%" or "Oooooh he got ya good" also make for a good case. All of the times you've told people off, then provided links to things they didn't ask for or need, also prooves that you have a very poor understanding about what you're doing/talking about in general... one can only hope that you exert more inteligence and common scence. i add that on top of my 2 cents, geez, read. i ask people to post their car settings so we dont get off topic and all that and that we have something to discuss. ive never (or 1 or 2 times at max) posted stupid 3 worded responses like ohhhm good job, or i agree 100%. ur so smart cuzu cant quote me on that loser! i say thats good, but heres my take on it... stupid.


the links i give is a guideline on where to look, i do a search and when the search is done i post the linkt o show all threads. u never even read and u cant anyways, how do u noe whch links do what and if they relate??!?!!
