This had me rolling! I think just about everyone has had a similar experience somewhere along the line... lol!

Hehe. I had my headphones on and my wife was stunned at the burst of silence-shattering expletives that filled the room. Something like: "Suck it, you ... !"

If you time the impact with the first place Miura just right as you go thru the final esses, you can pinball off him and careen off the armco and end up on the roof of your Lamborghini.

Speaking from experience, this will cost you three places before the friendly corner workers take pity on you and they put your Lamborghini back on four wheels for the sprint to the finish.

The above impact will leave the 1st place Miura slightly dazed, so the 2nd place Miura will slip past for the race win!

Enjoy the view!

As Peter said after Brian pointed out that his radical penis enlargement would never work again in a million years:

"Don't need it to, Brian." :P

I gave the Toscana track a run with gradually reduced pp. I can see the potential there, but the frustration of having cars wipe in front of you and then take you out is high.

I overtook a green Murcielago only for it to edge in front of me on the straight, prop in front of me, lose it, and then--as it swerves left, I go right, it swerves right, I go left--before it finally comes back across the track to knock me into the imaginary wall and zoom off. Naturally, my car is stuck in the gravel, unable to get off the bend and onto the road as three cars go by.

After i set up my car, i beat all the races at first attempt. Its very easy this. I used the Gallardo without Aero.

Hello guys: yesterday, after many attempts.I finished first,on Nurburgring seasonal Lamborghini event. I used a Murciélago LP 640 ’09... Tunning: minimum weight. Automatic Gearbox, with 330km/h max speed. Torque distribution: 50/50. ABS 10. with aero parts, but at minimum charge. suspension at max lower. It was really hard. I admit that I skipped all the chicanes. I mean that I went straight over the grass areas. If I had not done it this way, I would never have won the race. All cheats I used no worry me. The question was win. PS, I used a joystick.

I cant win the first race on Rome. Can someone give me some settings and what car to use?
...

It is a dirty method, but works: you must use Murcielago LP 640'09.. Drive your car with max throttle on curves with round corner. If the car is dented no matter, you will gain seconds on each lap, and finally you will win the race.

Anyone wana trade a car that has won at the ring with any of my cars. This is the only seasonal event I can't do an it's really doing my head in.

I know what I'm about to say is not going to go over well with some people, but I just feel the need to speak out about this. Up until recently, people were complaining that these events were too easy and that they needed a challenge. Well, now you got your wish and you still complain, lol. I personally welcome the change and quite frankly, wouldn't care one bit if they ramped it up even more. I am no alien and had a bit of trouble with these myself but I accepted the challenge with a positive mind and completed them. The way I see it, the harder the events, the more you are forced to up your game and in the end, you will become a better skilled driver because of it. Again, this is not meant as a slam against anyone struggling with these events, its just my personal view. All I can say to those who were complaining about events being too easy, be careful what you wish for.

I'm really enjoying this seasonal. It's been a great challenge! And I've been able to practice and learn a lot about suspension tuning in the process. As of last weekend I still could only get 2nd on the 'Ring, but I've had a few days off from being out of town and I'm refreshed and ready to give it another shot. I'm determined to beat that race. Not sure if I can but not ready to give up yet.

And I'm sure PD will be mixing it up a bit and not making every seasonal is difficult. But as CargoRat said there were lots of complaints about seasonals being too easy and it seems they have answered those by steadily increasing the difficulty over the past few months. "You can please some of the people some of the time.... "

Do you know the setting to drive in the nurburgring circuit?

I'm still having trouble golding Rome and I think this is why these are the times from the lead Muria
0:58.772
1:17.348
1:16.720
1:17.091
1:16.626
finish time 6:11.xxx
that's really fast, how can a 0:58.772 be acheived on the first lap?

The clock starts when you cross the start/finish line, he is well beyond that when the clock starts. He is getting a big head start on you.:sly:

I noticed  My best is a 1:12.xxx I'm getting better just need more practice breaking earlier before the turn :sly:

The Miura Is the best car for Lamborghini seasonal event ?. I don't think so. Surely I have tuned wrong my Miura, because skids a lot. I prefer the Murcielago LP 640. I tuned both cars the same way, but the Miura skids much more. Maybe it's because I use joystick, with a steering wheel and pedals is much easier to win the events.

Last Race at Toscana is really a piece of cake and a Money gaining Event.
Almost all other Cars spin out at first Turn so you just have to be average for this race.
Nürb on the other hand is a superb challenge 👍
If your not in the draft of the lead car your almost done at Döttinger Höhe. The Miura is a hell of a car in acceleration.
I only golded this event after many, many tries (25+ I think) but it was fun. Did it in a 545pp Gallardo.
Stock I was 7 seconds off only got 3rd. But the final gap was 5 seconds over the 2nd place and I did a 6:58.xxx which is 25 seconds faster than my first try O_o :D:tup:

I had the best luck with the Miura on all tracks except the 'Ring, where the Gallardo did the trick for me.

Used a Murcielago LP670-4 SV with Praiano's tune, except without weight reduction and engine tuning.
427 HP with 520pp, won everything but the Nurburgring, which I had to raise to 550pp, 538HP, and (with a little bit of bumping out the lead Miura), I golded Nurburgring. :)

The tranny did most of the job. Found the stock one way too iffy.

460pp on Toscana seems to have a really nice reward, might try it.

170% bonus. Best lap is high 1:42.

P.s. I can share my gallardo, it has both tunes for the Nurb and the money maker one.

yeah i did Toscana first go 👍

Why when I tune to 550pp and race, then exit, does it raise my pp to 551/552 and force me to make changes, I started racing with 98% engine and am down to 96% because it keeps changing my pp.

When a car is new it will gain hp as the engine wears/breaks in. Look at the hp rating, each time you have to drop the PP the hp will be ending up the same as before.

The solution is easy, only slightly increases the weight, and your car will not lose hp, and there is hardly any difference. granpa1951 Do you agree ?

For the FUNNEST RACE EVER! I Purchase a stock Gallardo 560 & rolled over to Toscene. Thought it would be fun to try a stock run at this challenge as my money was maxed out & I had already beat it with another (of the same) car set to 500pp.

I used TCS1, ACS1 & SRF. On the 3rd lap the 5th place car 360'd me but I didn't give up. I figured keep it clean & focus on the catching the others. Wow! Super fun race to catch the SP on the 5th lap for the win. HP goes up with each try, I've only done 2 so far. Lost the first but got it the second time round with a time of 8:46. Gonna try it again to see what a clean race nets, time wise.

Finally! Victory at the 'Ring! After much perseverance I was finally able to conquer this race. Since every second counted and I couldn't do this on skill alone I had to find the right tune to shave every .5 second I could.

I used FRUITYCAKES' tune from this thread with the following suspension and transmission modifications

Suspension
RH: -15 / -8
Spgs: 11.4 / 11.4
Damp(Ext) : 6 / 5
Damp(Cmp) : 3 / 2 (the separation btwn ext/comp made a big difference for me)
ARB : 3 / 3
Camber: 2.2 / 1.7
Toe: -0.10 / -0.15
BB: 8 / 7

Transmission
Reset to default
Set Top Speed to 168
Set FG all the way right
Then set gears:
1st: 3.074
2nd: 2.298
3rd: 1.758
4th: 1.417
5th: 1.177
6th: 1.008
Final Gear: 3.260

Top Speed Yield: 211

Hope this helps anyone who is struggling like I was

Way back on page 2 (or thereabouts) is the tune from FRUITYCAKES. It is for the Gallardo LP560 '08

I used that tune to win the Rome circuit. My previous best finish was 6th :sly:

That tune got me first place on the 'Ring within a few tries, too.

Finally beat Green Hell! Was so damn excited the last corner about beating 1st place car i drove to the finish with my hands in the air, lol. Hardest challenge i've ever had in this game and loved it!

Setup is from Fruity, luv2drive and one of the Gallardo tune's that i'll credit later.
TC: Off
SFR: On
Stability:embarrassed:ff
Steering: Mild (was key for making cornering easier)
Aero (if you have a spoiler): 5
No weight reduction
With a new car you can add a few exhaust parts to get to 550 and a few more HP.
Suspension:
-14/-20
8.0/9.0
7/8
4/5
7/5
2.5/3.2
0.05/1.0

5/9
19/29
8/18

Torque: 20/80
Brakes: 5/8

Transmission: from Fruity/luv2drive
Reset to default
Set Top Speed to 168
Set FG all the way right
Then set gears:
1st: 3.074 (I moved it up to 3.125)
2nd: 2.298 (2.325)
3rd: 1.758 (1.800)
4th: 1.417 (1.475)
5th: 1.177 (1.250)
6th: 1.008 (1.025)
Final Gear: 3.260

Takes lots of practice to figure what corners you can cut, but best setup I've found so far from taking pieces of other setups. Final time for my win was 7:03
