Man, I thought this would be easy, but Kado old Z is a real touge car! I tooket for guaranteed, but I had to struggle to win this battle. I was able to pull away in some slow sectors, but Kado kept the pace and catched me several times. I was pushing hard my MX5 front tyres and the grip was turning bad in 4th run when chasing. Hopefully for me, Kado Z broke his pace and runned wide in a tight corner and I took the lead until finish line! Great battle, Kado is a good clean driver!! 👍 If he didn´t make a mistake, this battle would have a different result for sure!! :ill:

* - The course was a new one made by Kado, I dont remember the name, but we agreed to run our battle in it, since it would be neutral ground for both. Kado, if you reply, please tell the name of it again. :)

Hmm I might as well sign up for the "Running in the 80s is a new way I like to be" lol but I gotta get the car to be ready and pampered right. :P

Confirmed - probably the best battle so far I've had in LotS yet again Fragolas79 was very well balanced with the MX5, we raced Class B cars early in the week but unfortunately the registration I submitted for that class was not received by TimberW. I was afraid of the same situation from the Class B battle of my rear tires wearing out too fast. I was looking for a pass third round but was not able to find any opportunity. Round 4 I was getting worried that my tires were much more spent than Frag's MX5; but surprisingly I was able to spread the gap slightly when Frag late braked too far into a corner. I then started trying to pull away a little farther and misjudged a tight 2nd gear corner for similar looking corner that is a low third gear corner and swung way wide only to avoid damage and Frag was then right back on me and maneuvered past my Z31. I was unable to catch Frag at this point as I was struggling to regain the lead and pushing my rear tires too hard.

I have the course we ran online to share with everyone. I named it Redmond Ridge II after a touge here outside of Seattle, WA. I like it because it has balance between tight and sweeping corners with some short straights for heavier all out power cars to catch the lighter more nimble cars. Also all my courses have a huge amount of elevation change which I have found lacking on the more popular courses LotS has become attached to. I like most of the popular courses for the complex corner strings but I seem to always find sections that are very dull and flat. This is what I have been trying to remedy in the courses I create where the "mountain pass" doesn't get lost in a bunch of S turns on flat ground.

Hey guys, I'm still around. My workplace is going full blast, no time to sit around during lunch time to update the leaderboard. It'll be updated soon!

As usual SHADOW wanted to chase and was applying the pressure at the beginning, but I was standing my ground blocking any attempt he may pull to pass. Half way through the track it was noticeable I was pulling away so I started pushing hard, but it wasn't enough to win giving a 2.7 second gap. Second round came and was applying pressure sticking to his bumper, so close that I slightly nudged him and gave him space. Again, I started applying pressure and a sharp turn came up where he went in too fast. We became side by side where another difficult turn came up so I early braked and SHADOW went sliding right by me into the dirt giving me a clear opening where I past giving him a hard time to keep up and gave me the win.
Confirmed: having horrible problems this season

Streetking challenged me to a b class rematch on his new course he made and I accepted, The course is very long and demanding the b class cars struggle here making it a challenge. He decided to lead first and I did good staying close to him near the end of round 1 streetking got a little sideways on corner exit and I tryed to use that oppertunity to pass but it didnt work out I didnt have enough power to pull by and as streetking regained control we had a side by side tap, but it was unintentional and no damage was caused.
Round 2 I lead and streetking did good to keep up I managed to spread the gap for most of the course but at the very last corner I took teh wrong line and lost alot of speed letting streetking catch me again.
Round 3 and the lap it ended, I was trying to stay as close as I could to either pressure him into a mistake or take advantage of a better corner exit and it worked, Streetking run wide into a double left hand corner and I made use of the chance to pass and hold infront for the win. was a good battle overall.

Confirmed. My Celica never had the handling capabilities of your much more nimble Lancer so I really had to drive hard. A 500PP class showdown sometime soon at my course will be interesting.

Your Mitsubishi is faster this week, I noted in our free runs I couldn´t run away as easily as the last week, you tuned it well.

Any one want to battle tonight? i have a 500pp 71' mach 1 mustang, so shadow, maccer and bad boy will waste me. My b class is a 73' skyline gt-r 449pp. send me a challenge, or i'll be in a lobby most likely.

Great battle between FC and MX5, I thought I would be faster than Wynter in my own home course, since I could run away in first round, but with his tyres warm, it was a very close duel!! I tryed useless to increase gap when leading, and to get a clean pass when chasing. At 6th round I decided to use a moove I learned from Monstar: At 3 bends from finish, I got out faster and took the inside position for 2nd to last corner. I touched Wyn´s FC, I think he didn´t saw me and I´ve break late too. Anyway, I've took the lead at 1 corner to finish, and didn't left any chance for Wyn to recover.

In next week rematch I wont be this lucky, I onle get a pass becaouse it was in my home course and i know well this point of overtake. Hopw Wynter don't get too hard on me i our rematch, ehehe!!

Great driving with you, Wynter!! :)

I would love to battle your Skyline, mate!! I have to work soon tomorrow, but I'll try to get online this night!! 👍

Wow all those battles going on.

Unfortunately i will not be able to participate this and probably next week. As i have bought a new house and i am occupied with the reconstructions work there. But during the weekend the big move is on plan and than just going to have to wait for new high speed internet conection.

I hope all will go smooth and we will see us on the touge soon enough.

your roadster will beat my skyline since its suspension and handleing is the same as my mustang, they even look simular on the outside.

Chev wanted me to lead to apply pressure and started losing him on a few turns. I was going pretty fast and halfway through the track I encountered brake in over steer where Chev gained about a .5 second ground (maybe less?). I became more cautious of my braking, but was pushing hard slipping away. The battle ended first round with a 3.8 second finish.

hey guys im been clearing out my garage with some cars and im looking for a mazda fan, or awd fan ive got a rare and a VERY unique mazda that needs a home. it has 225 miles on it so very low and broke in for possible touge use. im giving it away for free but i hope to see it to be put into use on the touge the car has potential. it has lots of style for a four door with nice 18 inch rims and yes its awd

I'm interested in that Mazda. Might I ask what kind of Mazda it is? (the model)

Kado wanted to lead for the first lap, and after the first turn felt like a drag race. I was right behind him revealing my presence with the high potential mx5 leaving him with no room to breathe. I was looking for a good clean pass, but I couldn't initiate one. Second round came up, and I took a wide turn first turn to have a better exit speed. I was slipping away and kado was trying to keep up, but it wasn't enough and he was fading away in my mirror.

This was an interesting battle, lol. Again, kado lead for first round where the notorious hairpin after the big sweeper he braked to late. I passed him, but I felt I would give him a chance so I let him pass out of good sportsmanship. He was doing a good job keeping his composure after that and being consistent until the finish line. Second round came up and this is where it started to get interesting...lol. I spread the gap throughout the whole track with no problems.. then the last turn..I jumped...and I fell, lol. I was shocked and embarrassed. I tried to position the car to make it to the finish line, but kdo passed me. He decided to make a proposition, if I pass him next lap we continue. I managed to pass him with front right & left rear suspension damage from the encounter of that jump. From there it was not only a battle with him but the car as well. There was moments I thought I would lose, although the car served me well throughout the fight that evidently gave me the win. Great sportsmanship from this guy 👍

Exciting and hard fought battle with Frag that has been waiting to happen since pre-season. I pushed my Celica hard against the MX5 over 4 tough rounds but the nimble little roadster won the duel in the end. I vigourously defended against Frag's attacks as my car was behaving like a heavy Grand Tourer through the bends. Battling increasing tyre strain in the 4th run ensured Frag pulled away. Looking forward to a rematch soon.

I'm hoping LotS pick's up again for Season 3 as this side season seams a let down

I agree, I don't mind it but somehow there isn't that much interest. I wish there was one good event we could have, Street Cars vs Race Cars. I just got it from Hot Version Vol 49 and etc other Hot Version Touge SD stuff.

Would be fun to try it out, but I think race cars are always going to win beacuase of downforce, 500pp street car with a wing V's 500pp race car with full downforce will never be a fair or close race, Maybe if you handicaped the race cars to 450pp max V's 500pp street cars could turn out different and possibly make for closer fairer battles.
