Any car as low as 600pp after tires, transmission, etc can win the Sarthe 700. Add a wing and front splitter to most 500PP+ road cars, throw some RH's on, drop the weight under 2700lb and you've got a winner on that race as long as it has decent acceleration and top speed. RX-7 FD, RX-7 FC, all of the Viper road cars, C4-modern vettes, the Alpine A80, '92 NSX, MR2, R32, Z32... Won it with dozens of road cars on hard.

Not saying I think the Alfa 155 is a bad car by any means; drives pretty great imo, but winning the Sarthe event has far more to do with pit strategy/fuel management and playing defense (in slower vehicles) than car selection. But I do think the Alfa 155 has been artificially nerfed in the downforce department in order to cram it into Gr. 4, which is a problem with PD and the lack of racing classes, not the fault of the Alfa. DTM's should be racing other DTM's, not modern GT4 cars.

Agreed, but that post was about the Shelby Daytona, to which you cannot add a wing or adjust downforce, which is 20 (20!) front and back, hence the challenge.

It doesn't turn off the PS if you connect via phone tho, there you need to manually put it in rest mode.

I just tried out remote play a few days ago. When closing remote play, it gave me the option to put the ps5 back into rest mode or to turn completely off.

I don’t want to grind and spend the money on the Shelby but might have to... If I don’t buy it now I would have to wait a few months once it’s available again… All the cars in Hagerty are not that badly priced exception of those cars that are like 8 million or more… So im a just get it over with and buy the cars that are like 10 million or more once it’s available…That way I don’t have to worry about it later and can focus on the cheaper cars to buy….and if I did pass on the expensive cars and save money I would still have to wait a few months for it to restock so minuswhale just buy it now…

Has anyone tried using the script when away from your house and using a remote app like teamviewer to the pc remote play is running in?

Issue is the script sometimes goes wrong and you have to exit race, restart it etc using controller that is attached to the PC.

Wondering if I could control the co trolley attached or something else whilst remoting to thr pc using my android phone.

Don't want to remote play to my phone as will eat through data limit...
I haven't done it this way.
I used to have the issue where the script would break its loop and needed to be reset fairly often... but that problem was solved by using the latest version with Pixel Search enabled... I haven't had a single issue once I started using this and I'm getting more than ever credits while sleeping than I ever had. I don't need to reset it after midnight either

The Monday night refresh:

Weird that the Z sold out at the same time with the F1 GTR despite the F1 showing up first.

Yeah same thing happened when the XJR9, 787B and R92 disappeared too. I think the 787B was on show for 2 extra days longer than the other 2. I think it's due to popularity of cars and PD allowing a little extra wiggle time for players to obtain their dream cars.

Sucks that the F1 GTR is gone. I really wanted it but couldn't muster the will to do the same dull three races anymore.

We need a slew of new events. Yesterday.
Yep. I'm losing interest in GT7 fast. There's so few races that have a large payout, I'm bored of doing the same 3 races.
They totally lost me with this whole rotational dealership. Frustrating to work towards saving money for a certain car aaaaaand it's gone before I get close to having the money for it.

Hell, if they made all of the other world touring car 700/800 events we already have in world circuits pay out comparably, it would be a world of improvement.

Sorry for posting this in completely the wrong thread guys... did it the the fly yesterday whilst tired.

Cheers mate, need to revisit that version. I tried it the other day, and it stopped working after a couple of races foe some reason. Reading about on the long afk thread, I may need to 'tinker' with some windows 10 settings to get it working properly.

Thatd be a result if I can it overnight and not have to baby sit to some degree like I do now.

I totally agree. All the 25-30 minutes races should pay out roughly comparable amounts circa 450-550k + CR Bonus. One should be able to earn nicely on every track in the game, not just a select few. Its shockingly flawed game design to force people into grinding the same tracks over and over. God alone knows why PD think its something their fans want, even though we've come to expect it now and be grateful for the existence of a few decent earning events. As I've said before, its like Stockholm Syndrome.

no thanks on buying credits lol... but nothing against people who actually go that route
It's very dumb to pay twice for the same content. It could be called scam and maybe some court can see it. At least MC court saw it...

Hear hear!
For some it's the offline races, for others multiplayer.
If GT had the same FUN online experience FM has been having for the past 12-14 years or so (lots of different car classes, easy matchmaking with full 12-16 player lobbies, constant track rotation, tuning setups allowed, microphones, vote to kick players, events to earn unicorn cars etc) and a decent rewarding economy system, I'd be playing GT7 non-stop and earning credits, instead of constantly checking forums and doing other things in my free time.

(I would still be playing FM7 instead of GT7, if my XB One didn't break.)

Just subtle alterations to my E-Type. I think the colour is Sherwood Green and the bonnet straps set it off a treat.

I'm not really a fan of the E-Type or DB5, but GT's models are so good, they look almost irresistible.

It is INSANE to me. Kaz said himself:

"I want to make GT7 a game in which you can enjoy a variety of cars lots of different ways, and if possible would like to try to avoid a situation where a player must mechanically keep replaying certain events over and over again."

And they achieve this by on the one hand - having the Legendary cars locked behind a 2 month rotating cycle and on the other hand - increasing credit rewards for a few events that pay out excessively, 5 times more than comparable events that are in World Circuits?

There is no rhyme or reason for it. They should have all been increased the same amount.
