Okay, that was odd...
After D-N and Blake his son helped me get all the prize bubbles on the Lair, the Bunker and the Palace
I don’t remember playing.
That's because it was actually my 6yr son.
BTW: The way to access this feature is that at any time, whether you are in a level or in your pod, you can press the start button and then select "Manage Players". It will then not only tell you who is who (like when you press the L1 button), but also who is the host. 👍
You can also use this feature to mute someone who may be saying in appropriate things, or maybe their mic is picking up loud interference. If you are the host, you can also boot someone from your pod or the level you are playing.
(cheers, folks
Do you like my Beatrice Kiddo sackgirl?
)
It looks great! 👍
I use a very similar costume for my Bruce Lee
(from Game of Death) sackboy, except of course I used the black color sticker to make the Blonde Hair Wig a brunette. Now if only they would add a nunchuck to the costume items.
You might also want to try using the Bouffant Hairdo Wig
(from the Lowrider level) as that makes for a great Beatrice look, or even the Ponytail Hair Wig
(from the Frozen Tundra level) as they both will give her a longer hair look. 👍
You might also want to consider using a silver sticker to paint the sword… then spash it with red for a nice effect as if she just finished doing battle with the crazy eights!
The only drag with using the tracksuit is that in order to get the classic Bruce Lee/Beatrice Kiddo black striped yellow outfit is that you have to use the Yellow player color… which for some bizzare reason uses white text in the yellow popup chat bubble... which makes it VERY hard to read what that person’s is saying.
Which reminds me... you need to get or use a mic when you play LBP.
The added benefit to using a mic is that it also makes it soooo much easier to hear what others are saying as you can set the audio chat to output to your ear piece, rather than have it mixed in with the game sounds through your TV/sound system.
Of course if MM had or will add a feature commonly found in most games, that allows you to adjust the volume level of the different sounds independently, like music, SFX, and audio chat... then it wouldn't be as much of an issue. However, for some odd reason the only option is to turn music on or off.
The good news is that by using the a headset will at least allow you to individually control the audio chat level and make it very easy to hear the other players. 👍
I Aced the Lair and Bunker this morning in 30 minutes flat... Booty Master and Play Trophies
I've only got one Trophy to get which is not level creation related - and I need to complete a level with 3 people on my Friends list to get it... So... Who's free?
Congrats on the new trophies!
2100 GMT is 3pm CST so I might not be able to join, but if I can make it I'll be happy to participate... especially if it means I get to slap around Famine.
My wife had to leave the room to contain her laughter. She thought it was hilarious. SHe's now in the process of trying to replicate it, as her brother is a big TopGear fan.
It was actually quite easy:
- White Weave material
- MotorStorm Helmet
- MotorStorm Gloves (painted white)
- MotorStorm Trousers & Boots (painted white)
If I really wanted to get clever, I suppose I could also make a custom
SIMPSON red sticker to place above the visor.
BTW: The MotorStorm helmet has a lot of great uses. I made a really great looking Master Chief with it, as well as a Darth Vader
(both using the Space Suit - painted black for Vader and using a the green face sticker for Master Chief...) and as an added feature, when I remove the helmet from my SackVader, it reveals a scarred faced Anakin Skywalker.
My personal favorite though is my SackHellBoy and SackHulk.
