I feel like that was a miscall, Lopez was seen finishing 6th (slowly at that, maybe ran out of fuel) meawhile Fraga and Latkovski were both at least a few seconds ahead of 3rd? Im not sure on that calling either.

Not sure if that's possible or not, since this runs a custom build of the game. Even accounting for new content (which wouldn't be visible on retail until an update), replay files may not be compatible.

I have come to the conclusion that the FIA cannot be consistent in any type of racing whatsoever, whether its in real life or in a game.

Actually, Latkovski is the one that got 5s penalty, but he finished 5.4s ahead of the 3rd. Lopez finished sixth with no fuel.

Fraga is an amazing driver but Lopez deserved this... and latkowski ruined it.
