Lobby Hosting: Cannot enter course fix?

When I’m hosting lobbies lately, racers cannot enter the course. After releases pressing Red X and clearing cache, and then rebuilding the lobby, racers still cannot enter the course.

Is there a definitive fix for this? I’m about to do a fresh install of the game. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

I created three lobbies today and always worked after everybody cancelled entry and re-joined. Only the fourth lobby a few minutes ago my game froze while everybody was re-joining and was forced to close the game.
