Ah what the hell I thought. I was just going to order the pedals and adapter but after quite some time searching for discount codes that actually take a little more money off I eventually found one that worked for both... Pro wheel and pedals are now on order.
I'm expecting there'll be a bit of progress from my first Logitech Driving Force Wireless wheel all those years ago. That didn't even have pedals! 🙂

Edit: For anyone who may be interested I forgot to mention that the code I used in the UK was ALFREDOPRO.
In the USA the code DRLUPO seemed to provide good results.

Anyone having this problem? In PS4+GT7 the wheel loses the steering and the FF. Buttons work alright but no steering or FF. Turning off and on the wheel, in game, fixes it.

I have switched the USB output in PS4, just to try. Happens not too often, like once a month but yesterday was during a daily

My order arrived, but no pedals.

I was sent only one tracking number from Logitech and it was the Wheel.

Isn't it supposed to arrive together? I definitely paid for it, but no email, nothing. Called UPS and this was the only package.

@DogsSch Sorry to hear that. Please raise a ticket with support and they can look into it. Ordinarily there should be indications on UPS's site that it's a 2 piece order if they've been sent at the same time.

Managed to contact support. They told me it's going to arrive separately but it hasn't been shipped yet. Curious, I'm based in EU and I'm not sure why they wouldn't ship together. Especially since I paid for expedited shipping.

I still don't have the NLR 2.0 Wheel Stand so it's not that big of a loss, but still, I would've loved to hook it up to my IKEA desk at least even though it would probably destroy it. I still have the dual clutch pedals on the wheel I guess.

Well, I tried it on PC with a desk and no pedals, using the clutches. F1 22

I’m now more furious because it’s so good and without pedals I’m ****ed.

I can’t believe they haven’t even shipped it yet. I’m mad.

My desk is absolutely hurting. Not totally blown away by the TF in F1 22 but it does add to the experience.

Do you still have your old wheel and pedals? If you do then you could try hooking that up to the PC as well, but just assign the pedals from the wheel and use those whilst you wait. Sorry your shipment got split!

No, it’s somewhere collecting years of dust at home.

Currently I have no other option. I’m just playing around with it until it arrives. I just want them to ship, since I paid for expedited UPS so at least after that it arrives fairly fast.

Running into a new issue where my G Pro wheel will disconnect randomly causing GT7 to lock up completely. I have to manually close the game, turn off the wheel and unplug all connections. Otherwise if I just restart the wheel it will do it again within a few minutes. It had never done this before, until yesterday, but it has now done it again. This has happened mid race online, during time trials, etc. Never experience anything like this with my Thrustmaster wheel.
Any ideas Rich?

PS4 or PS5? And if PS5 are you definitely running the PS5 version of the game?

Additionally, is it doing this in other titles?

@Monkey Man G25 and G27 shifters were out of scope and have not been specifically tested.

@Met Entso We'll follow up with Polyphony. You'll note that it's in the known issues list within the game.
Thank you Rich, so it will be in the known issues with the game? I don't see it now, at least here https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gt7/news/00_8730173.html

Another problem that I'm having for months now, and it happens always, is that at the first race after starting the game, the strength is at maximum, although the display shows the right setting (7Nm) and I have to manually change it to 7.1 or 6.9.

BTW how can you use 11Nm? (i also use 5 FF ingame) It's way too strong for me. Is it realistic?

Sorry, I meant that the wheel is in the known issues list. It’s listed under the application error point but that could be manifesting itself with the steering failure that you’re experiencing. Needs more investigation!

No email about shipping yet on the pedals… I really hope it doesn’t slip into next week.

But, I tried out GT7. Trueforce can be really nice. On a stock R33 you can really feel the engine rumble and it’s a nice deeper low frequency feeling. Quite cool. Otherwise, it’s all over the place. Some kerbs work, some just don’t exist. Overall it’s rather underwhelming compared to F1 22 where I consistently felt everything.

What’s the best settings for the max torque and sensitivity? I couldn’t quite figure out what the sensitivity setting did to be honest, but I want to get the most out of the dynamic range in the FFB.

Anyone have clues as to when the pedal;s will be available again?
Got the wheel but need pedals obviously.
Not sure why Logitech thought it was a good idea to produce two items that need each other and then have such an odd production rate of each.

PS5. Yes PS5 version of GT7. Pretty much only use it on GT7, can't speak for other games. Never did this before yesterday. After my initial post I updated the firmware. Still did it several times. Always under load like tires sliding aggressively around a turn or running along a curb and it just disconnects and the base lcd display just shows the startup dots animation, but it never starts up until I manually turn it off and back on. I also had it go full exorcist mode and violently slamming itself to the sides and it would not stop or even let me power it off. I had to pull the power cord to get it to stop. Wheel was straight possessed!

After pulling all connections and disconnect the power and the wheel from the base for a few minutes, I reconnected everything and powered it back on and it worked for several hours without further issue. I run it at TF 100, 11 NM, FFB filter at 4 and damper at 3.

I think im on the same boat, UPS specifies 1 of 2 pieces so I would assume they ve sent the wheel first and I will have to wait for pedals after.

Still did it several times.
Was this all whilst running the same instance of GT7 or had you quit and restarted the game at any point?

The OLED showing the dots animation suggests that the wheel had been restarted, so the obvious things need checking there (loose cables etc.). Are you in a rig or on a desk?

@Jonno_Brakesm The pedals should be back in stock in the US before the end of the month.

@LOGI_Rich hi, Any chance you could get me the definitive Pro pedals mount template for mounting on my motion rig as I am ordering a boat load of aluminium profile And I don't trust my measurements as "My products" manuels download section doesn't seem to have it, many thx?

New instance of GT7 each time as it locked the game up wherever it happened. I use a full next level racing sim rig. All cable connections are firmly seated.

Was about to order the wheel but saw an issue where some guys wheel has no steering input, jumped on here, reading the same thing. Looks like I’ll just wait until everybody can sort their stuff out.

How normal is an off-center wheel?

On PC it seems centered (based on G Hub) but on PS5, in all games it’s off-center about 1 degrees to the left.

Sure, not much, but it’s 1k EUR so I’m sure I can get away with some nitpicking. I’m not too bothered about it but I’m curious about experiences here.

I've been wondering if it was just my perception!

Would agree on PS5 (haven't used with the PC) mine seems to be maybe 1* to the left. It doesn't actually really make any noticeable difference, but agree that when it starts up, it seems to settle a tiny bit left.

I use g29 on a wheel stand pro, I have been waiting for racing adaptor so I could get pro pedals, but after seeing it I have a hard time seeing how it can be mounted to my wheel stand in a smart way. Is there a smart way to mount it or is it just suppose to hang from wheelbase?
