Deep lava red metallic/ diamond white

I'm gonna need some assistance with sharing my car. Haven't figured it out yet. Share car is not choosable when I'm in the Elise?

When you're in your garage in GT Life, select your car (like when you go to drive it), and select "Share with Friends"

And no, you can't do it when you're currently using the car, which is lame.

official saturday quali room:

1472-6118-3744-3752-7461

keep in mind that you must be in the room before 8:00 edt if you want to qualify. If you have a lot of people in the room, then sohnvonstig will open up a second room.

please make sure you are on both of our friend lists

8pm edt?

BTW, Sohnvonstig's friend list is full...

I just got back from camping randomly in the wilderness (haven't even unpacked the car). My arms and legs are jelly and I haven't practiced or tuned my car. I'll do what I can to prepare in the next hour then join the quali room.

Chassis Rigidity... (roll cage?)
So I bought a second car today and tested it without the rigid option; and I can't tell the bloody difference. is there one?

They haven't showed up yet.

They haven't added me, either.

First off, Steward #3 is here, and his name is Wardez. 👍

Second, me and ponybooy have been talking about it, and we both like this idea, as it's really simple and painless for you guys.

Whenever you're not using your car in a race/practice/quali/whatever, can you guys please set your cars to Online/Share with Friends status. Between the three of us, we'll look at your cars, and leave you a message if you're good to go or not. Everyone who races on Sunday will be required to do this.

This serves as a great way to make sure that nobody has any illegal parts (ie, Turbos and Engine stages) added to their cars.

Just as a reminder, even if you do not equip the parts during the race, it's a good idea to not even buy the parts for your car in the first place. Just to make 100% sure.

Mule,

I bought a turbo and racing soft tires for my b-spec driver to break the car in. I killed two birds with one stone by golding a b-spec endurance race to break it in. I'll share my car tonight. Let me know if this is a problem.

Edit:
My laps are pathetically slow. If anyone would be kind enough to share their transmission settings with me I would greatly appreciate it.

The racing softs aren't a problem, but the Turbo might be. I keep hearing people talk about how it effects the car regardless of whether it's on or not, but I don't know for sure myself.

The main thing we're looking for is people putting the stuff on the car, then power limiting it to get the extra torque.

You might be better off buying a new car :/

I'm already at a big disadvantage without driving an unbroken in car. If you let me drive my current car this weekend I'll buy a new car for next week and submit my replay to you upon request. I'm not going to be running anywhere near the front this race and I'm going to miss the second half of the season so there isn't much at risk by letting me run as is.

I'll buy a new one before qualy if you insist. Let me know.

Second practice/Qualifying room open

It will be practice only for a little while because I have to have dinner.

An unbroken in car makes little to know difference, it certainly won't gain you more than a tenth or two on suzuka. With the draft it will be completely unnoticeable. Is there an option to sell or give away parts?

edit: eeeek double post :scared:

A tenth or two might be the difference between me qualifying and not this week :scared:. New car bought.

That is ludicrous. And it sounds like propaganda from some who can't find the extra speed.

This will affect a car, and to a great deal. I drove a NSX for many races with no engine tuning and I kept noticing other NSX's would be faster (in the straights :)) than me despite being set to he same pp.💡
Engine tuning is easy to tell by not only speed difference, but the rev limiter also. Turbos are loud enough for people to hear, so no worries there.

There's also a turbo gauge visible on the replay so we're good there. Just want everyone to share their cars so we can ensure that they are NOT USING ENGINE STAGES :)

I totally agree with you on the "I'm slow propaganda"

Okay, that's fair. Tell that to the WSGTC boys, then.

Also, we just had a huge storm come in within the last 5 minutes. I dropped from my quali room because of it.
