Here's a quick onboard I uploaded before I took off for work. It's the lap that got me pole:
This, unfortunately. In order to help with lag issues, we're trying to limit it to 14/15 people a race. However, I'll talk to Wardez about it.im confused lol i thought the Bs were out.... only the numbered 1-15s are racing?
The last 3 races I've done in this series have not followed these two rules.MÜLE_9242;5457793-All OLR Rules are to apply here.

MÜLE_9242;5639054It's only night for the first third. I set it so it ends at the same time it starts. Not 99% night.
Looks like you prematurely ragequit.
As for me, I just have the ****tiest luck in the world. My mom decided to TURN OFF THE ROUTER!
Honestly, that pissed me off so much. So now I'm sitting here, having to watch my own Daytona 500, instead of being in there, actually racing up front for the lead.
Amazing.

Other than pretentious diarrhea mouths the race was fun. 👍
One step up the podium would've been more fun.![]()
There's things you didn't follow according to the OLR either Dapp. You've got to understand that we're running off the spirit of the OLR, but not totally as the OLR was made specifically for officially GTP sanctioned events.
There's rules in there that I'm sure you'd love followed to the T, but do you really want all of them? For instance, the rule that suggests that if battling in a group and one of the drivers has an off that all drivers must wait for him to get back on track. Really?
I'll admit we don't clearly go through every single stipulation saying what exactly applies and what does not but we shouldn't have to do that, it's common sense.
Instead of trying to go into specifics about each rule we want to cover the major theme of the OLR which is sportsmanship and adaptation. Since the variables of GT5 can surprise you track to track to car to person we don't need to rely on a brick set of rules to sort us out but ourselves. If that makes us seem like we're not following rules than we're guilty as charged. But good luck finding that any where.
Other than that, we can't control people's mouths. We try to keep people courteous and in-line but you know people. After a race people are filled with all kinds of emotions so you can always expect some one to blow up.
I respected your decision to not want to get cozy with the bumpers but you do realize it made it a hell of a lot more frustrating for people around you.
I thought the headlight thing was related to too much drafting will break them.
I'll be quite honest with everyone here. I really wanted to quit 2/3 of the way through but I didn't.

I convinced myself that I was going to catch up to someone eventually (I did catch up to Aliens) and that there was going to be a few that will run out of fuel (I took extra gas as a precaution).I am glad you didn't quit. 👍
Wish I was around to help. My track map is set so that I only see the immediate cars around me so I didn't know if you close enough.I wanted to quit after 10 laps because it was ridiculous how you cant race alone, loosing 4 seconds per lap. I am not happy bump drafting, was so hard to keep the car straight and the only guy who was left to work with did not want to cooperate so it was really frustrating. I did not quit simply because i did practice a lot but all in all it was useless as you cant go fast alone.
I am sorry but a night to forget...
Don't worry about it. Looked like the field was so far ahead, we would have needed to bump draft perfectly for about 15 laps.Sorry outlaw for not working with you. I had just pitted and was so pissed at myself for stupid mistakes I had made. My mind was in the red and wasn't thinking right.
