That was a blast last night! Had a few unintentional hits, hope nobody was upset. Thanks to the back of the pack for putting up with my first dive into online racing. Good conversation too. Maybe one of these days I'll get my headset working.
That Bimmer was really giving me a run for my money. I wanna try and make some tweaks to that RX-7 to get a little more turn-in out of it, but I'm scared I might break it haha. Everyone says to just buy a second gen, but I refuse to give up on it.
I have to admit, that RX-7 you tuned has motivated me to continue make further adjustments with my Austin Yellow BMW.That Bimmer was really giving me a run for my money. I was the driver of the Yellow 135i. It was fun going head to head with the Trans Am. Looking forward to having more fun races with that car.Last night was a blast for me too even though i was in the middle/back of the pack. Had a few good battles with Tuna i think. That Yellow BMW was quick in Apricot Hill and i thought i would at least be able to stay in its tail, but wasn't able too.
Really? I drove it stock and felt like it was great I don't think I would go insane on the set up.
I think it's probably easier for you to manage on a wheel. On the DS3 it's really ass-happy in stock trim. It feels like it could use more tire.
Or maybe you drove a different model than mine. All I know is my Type RZ practically behaves like an MR car in stock form.
I drove that for a couple races last night, the efini '91. That one seemed a bit loose on the throttle but it wasn't hard to get used to the feel with a pedal. I've not tried many of the standards yet though to know if they are any different. I might see if I can work on an FC for my next go.Whichever the 90's premium version is, it might be the wheel though.
Out of curiosity what lap times are you guys running at Trial Mountain? Trying to tune these off the wall cars to see how competitive they can be. I've got the Caterham down to a 1.42.9
Room now open!Is the room opening tonight? I would like to try some new tunes and put them to the test.
