I was actually worried that this car didn't have a steering wheel or pedals. The model in the first video showed the interior, but it didn't show anything resembling a wheel or pedal.
The specs pissed me off. It's like a 7 year old kid describing their own dream car.
I went to see this thread after seeing the title expecting to see a modern streamliner, ended up disappointed.Do they even know whats the streamliner is?
Streamliner isnt wedge shaped on the front. The wind will accumulate on the front and therefore lower the top speed. Look up the actual streamliners, they are all flat nosed.
Again this just proves whoever made this isn't very...bright.Do they even know whats the streamliner is?

This is laughable. Actually, if this is a genuine effort at marketing an upcoming car then it is a pathetic and downright sad attempt. The grammer used in the bullet-point image is beyond belief. Even the images in the OP fail to grasp the basics of the English language.
As I said elsewhere, for every Pagani we see 25 of these shambolic vapourware efforts. Even the Devel Sixteen has a running model albeit not a 5000bhp one. This turd will be forgotten about any day now and will never be thought of again.
If you will excuse me I could do with a laugh so I am off to read the blurb again!
Why did you mention the Puma when it is almost bed-time? I will have nightmares about that blob!Have you met my much hated friend the Youabian Puma

For reference:The brains behind Lyons Motor Car is Kevin Lyons, whose first car project was a Lamborghini Diablo replica built entirely from scratch. With that project, he redesigned and built the car to OEM specifications by making each part by hand, from the wheels to the gauges, body and suspension specifications, to showcase his fabrication skill set. In the video above, he explains his latest project, the LM2 Streamliner.
Sounds like another Keating vaporware looking at the speed figures.
For reference:
Credit that it actually looks the part, but suffers the same problem all kit car Diablos have; proper proportion to the real thing.
Stick to making Diablo replicas. I'm serious. If he wants to make any kind of business out of the automotive industry, leave behind the vaporware nonsense, and concentrate on making something that's actually half decent.
Some people just start way too high of the food chain, and expect to be instantly successful.Exactly, but I guess it's like any one off for the rich, if you make it flashy and decent looking enough you can get some money bags to buy it.
However, why don't more people trying to build a line of luxury sedans instead. I mean the Tesla idea is smart but if you don't want to do EVs just make some with an ICE and then do something innovative that makes upper class people want to buy your luxury sedan to super sedan type cars. Why spend hours (poorly) at CAD to make something far too ambitious. If I were a engineer or automotive designer wanting to start my own manufactured car company I wouldn't be messing with the hyper car crowd to make a quick buck.
JalopnikJalopnikIn an email to me this morning, a spokesman for Lyons Motor Cars said that a planned interview today with founder Kevin Lyons would be canceled, and that the car would not be shown today after all:
The LM2 Streamliner concept car will not be unveiled at The New York International Auto Show during the “Press Days.” The prototype will be displayed at the New York Auto Show during the consumer/public days at a later date.
There is still work to be done to have the concept car meet the standards of the founders as they would prefer to release the car to the public then. This is unfortunate as today is the last press day, but we will continue to keep you updated on the progress and provide images and be more than happy to accommodate email, phone, or skype interviews once the company is fully ready to reveal the prototype to the public.
In a follow-up email, the spokesman said the car still has interior and body work to complete because the company’s founder is a perfectionist and it wasn’t up to his standards.
I felt that that would happen.LM2 will not be shown during press days but will be shown at the NY auto show during pubic days.
