Track seems to be pretty empty on the sides near the start/finish.

Some houses here and there.

@TurismoBad I love you.

The track very much reminds me of Isle of Man. I see some hard braking points with slow corners, I like that. I don't see many hairpins, which might make the track a bit too flowing in my opinion, but again I won't know until I drive it. It isn't exactly as I hoped, hoped we'd get to wind through some city streets, but kind of figured that wouldn't happen though. I don't know how I feel about those 2 jumps though, will have to wait and see there.

Now I'm just waiting to get to drive it, because we really won't get a feel for it until we run it for ourselves. The good news is, it does look perfect for Targa Zahara rooms (pre-80's sports cars at 450pp)

EDIT: I may have missed some spots in the lap though, I'm multi-tasking watching a football game. My power came back on today so I'm good to go when we get it! :D

I found out this morning that I have to go on travel for work. Now I'm going to miss Zahara if 1.12 gets released this week.

:(:(:(

Hmm I still thinks its releasing tomorrow. All the other updates that were announced and dropped on tuesdays were always a couple mins pass mindnite tuesday mornings so...
Except that there hasn't been an update that was released on Tuesday in a while. The last updates were released either on a Wednesday or Friday, and the last update was released on Wednesday, so I think 1.12 will come out on Friday.

Right when PD falls into a rhythm they change it though. Remember when it was Monday for a while? I honestly think it could be any week day equally now.

Well then your saying that it only looks like course maker because if course maker looked like Zahara it would look like the Zahara track, because the grass is the only thing it has in common. And it doesn't matter if its the same object repeated, it still takes up file space.

It really depends on how the trees are done, but I don't want to start arguing about that.

I'm saying that there's nothing in there which looks out of the ordinary for what we expect from a new course maker, which their initial announcement picture already confirmed takes place in a landscape based on real life Andalusia and goes near or into at least one town location. (Ronda)

As previously said (most likely) it is entirely possible for 1.12 to be released on Tuesday (or today, in my case). Major updates are commonly released on Tuesdays (apart from Senna, that was last minute licensing issues that caused the delay).

Knowing PD, anything could happen.

But it does go around a geoligical feature being the lake. The course maker being based at Ronda, if this were a course maker track it means that PD would have had to scan a reduculous area, because course make is suppose to enable is to make a track 12x the size of the Nurburgring. We also know that Zahara uses at least some real world roads, because we identified them at the begining of this thread using shots in the first trailer. PD would have had to render real roads, gepgraphical feature, landscaping, all that for an absolutely ridiculous amour of Spain. And even then what would that say about course maker if it's following real world roads? I think it would be a very large stretch to call this the course maker location based at Ronda.

You still don't know for sure actually.

It follows some real life roads, but there's no junctions on that track where it joins or leaves a real life road, it's just one track going all away around the lake.

Anyone else find it odd that those road cars had numbers on them? hhmm...

Anyways! The track and event both look awesome! I really hope this update shows up soon as I'm really interested for the track and for the other things that are rumored to be in it.

Yes this I noticed, a little disappointed about that actually, makes the track a little less realistic. Still even without the roads, I still think that it's all way to much to expect of PD. Again I could be wrong, but I highly highly doubt it.

Not weird, you can put numbers on all your road cars since the 1.10 update.

Sorry for dp
