Mazda LM55 Vision GT Revealed, coming with a new batch of holiday seasonals!

Does anyone know if my time I drove while PSN crashed will be synced when the servers work again? Or do I have to drive it again?

EDIT: Nope, it doesn't

Of course you do.

Like the DS3/2X glitch which made the thing almost undriveable for about 80% of players.
Can you show us where it now says 1.16 and then you can let us know when one became numerous? Perhaps that's what he was referring to.

Haven't had the chance to turn on the PS3 with the holiday activities. Is this car paintable? I really hope it is cus from what I'm seeing the only color option is white, correct?

And this is related to anything how?

It was one example of something fixed, considering this was a fairly major issue. He could do some searching to see if anyone had picked up on any fixes, hardly taxing, rather than jumping in to pick immediate fault as per usual.

BEST VGT SO FAR! This thing handle really nicely. The only bad thing about it is the same as all of the other VGTs, it doesn't have an detailed inside view.

I assume, more hope actually, that GT7 will have interiors for the VGT cars. What makes it worse is that the background of each VGT dealership section shows the interior. It hurts a bit every time I see them.

The hotfix specifies "one" fix, not "numerous". It's still 1.15, not 1.16. Therefore there is nothing correct in the post that @YZF called b.s. People usually say "b.s." when they are calling something untruthful no? Do you really need a roadmap for this? I didn't think this was so hard to understand. Maybe he could have chosen a better word than "b.s.", but he's still correct.

If PD says there are "multiple fixes" then I'm sure there are multiple fixes. Maybe even stuff that's not on the front end that we can see (coding, etc). Why should we care so much?

Yes, white only. And while you do get the white paint chip, the car is not paintable.:(

I don't know if they'll ever release an modeled interior view for each VGT by the end of GT6's life, I hope they will.

I want to say that I have faith that they will add interior view for each VGTs in GT7 but I don't know what is their thinking proccess behind that issue, why didn't they add an interior to each cars by now? it's a mistery to me (and probably to many of us). If they continue with the VGT project on GT7 they need to have interior views for each car they'll release, we're not living in an era where you can release a game with cars that doesn't have an interior view, especially if you call yourself "the real driving experience" driving a blacked out interior view isn't a real experience. I hope they understand that now.

off topic: They want to keep standards for GT7, why don't they just keep the popular ones (and ditch the not so popular ones) and make them full premium so we can enjoy an interior view? That'd be much better in my opinion. But they just want to have a huge amount of cars to brag about it when they'll promote GT7 instead of a smaller amount of amazingly modeled cars with brand new options for those amazingly modeled cars.

So that's one specific bug for one (temporal satisfaction) car. More? I.e. "Numerous" ?

They don't have to tell us everything they do. Some of it was probably just boring internal code that nobody cares about.

temporal satisfaction
Must pick up on this. This is a terrible way to get through life. If you can only have fun with something for a week or so before spitting your dummy out and demanding more, you're never going to find much happiness in anything.

It could either have been internal bug fixes, as was mentioned, or it could even be the simple matter of an employee forgetting to change the plural to singular. either way, it's trivial. I'm sure that if there was something to trumpet, they would have done so.

The car, btw, isn't half bad overall.

It looks like something because it is the first VGT built to some sort of real-world standard (AKA the LMP1 regulations). Its refreshing.
I haven't been in the game or able to watch the video yet, but is it LMP1 legal? I'm looking at the size of the headlights and I can pretty much bank on it not passing scritineering.

The Toyota is JAFGT500 spec, to the tee... which is kinda where it failed as a VGT. It's theoretically something Toyota could put on track next year.

It might fail in some areas, but it's clearly based fairly heavily on P1-L regs, a future interpretation, what VGT is. I could see it on the WEC grid in the next 10 years.

The Toyota might perform on the Super GT level... but all Super GT500 cars are now based on a spec DTM chassis, which I don't believe the FT-1 VGT is.

No, it very much is 2014 JAFGT500 spec. In mid-season low downforce spec, might I add. It's gone the NSX route of a hybrid system.

Really does not look like they use the same Super GT spec chassis the green houses are totally different. I will a agree that the wings are virtually identical.

It's bang on in terms of specs/performance though, so it's at the very least heavily influenced by that rules package.

Naturally, but you would think at some point they would try to apply that marketing to their current Le Mans effort, which I think a lot of people don't even realize exists.

No, I like Mazda, I have nothing against them in any way. But unless you have a valid reason why I'm wrong the comment stands, cus calling me a Mazda hater doesn't count as a reason. And I can tell by your user name you aren't the most unbiased source...

Me unbiased about Mazda? Of course not!

Thing is, they have an epic moment in their racing history that many much bigger car companies still haven't after 23 years. Why not gifting us a great virtual LMP prototype in game in memory oft this?

Merry Christmas again and just enjoy gifts like this.

I already told you my opinion on that, because over the last 23 years Mazda has nothing but pay tribute to the car, despite having other things to promote, such as their current LMP program. Hell there are even multiethnic examples of this in Gran Turismo already. You don't see Ford dedicating every concept to the Mark IV or Renault to the A442. I've said what I have to say, if your gonna say I'm wrong you have to tell me why those words are wrong.
