Additions I made for the melbourne_2019 track.

Includes:

-- More crowds around the track.
-- Animated country flags.
-- Working start lights.
-- Markers at turn 11 and pit entry.

Notes:

-- To hide the static country flags, copy and paste this code to your track's ext_config file. If you don't have an extension folder, use the one in the included config_file directory.

Small update. Not really needed unless you have made any types of changes to the ksTree shader in your config. All the starting lights were marked as a ksTree shader for some reason. Changed to ksPerPixel.

Update to add a few more things. Make sure to read the notes in the

-- Finished animating the smaller sponsor flags. By default they use the two flag textures the original track used. If you'd like to try something different, rename the flags_alt.kn5 file to flags.kn5. This one will give you a more modern F1 flag and add a FIA flag as well.
