He apparently had pneumonia last week, but he got over it pretty quickly and his family said they have very high hopes for his recovery.

Wait I was right, the earlier report does indeed state he was conscious when he was taken to the hospital. Can't help but think whoever did that to him went to the hospital to finish the job. I really hope this isn't a conspiracy and that he gets well as soon possible.

There's no news until someone in-the-know gives some. This is an aggregation of lots of silly stuff overall, that's the problem with places like The Huff sometimes.

Lots of rumour, speculation, and even informed guess-work, but no news.
