I appreciate that for some of you a lack of track practise will show and participation is not mandatory as it is such short notice. We will only use this as a guide to driver standings for those who were originally signed up for it, for the rest of you it will just be a bit of fun, next season we will have another one make race pre-season which will have advance notice and there you can show your true driver standing prior to season 3

As for breaking point into the last chicane use the shadow cast across the track as a guide My biggest problem at Spa is finding a reference point for breaking into the first corner!!

I will have a practice lounge opened early tomorrow for the Spa race , just incase some ppl don't have the track and also for the usual reasons .

@Soopa for the first corner, use the fence on the left side of the track. That's what I use because I also have a hard time braking into the first corner as well.

Everyone just make sure you bring a calsonic that has the rigidity improvement and it's fully broken in also no turbo or engine mods!

I just bought a brand new Calsonic GT-R, and it wont let me achieve 518hp without the motor upgrade 3, or additional turbochargers. So I'm going to run my old GT-R for practice only, until you guys give me some feedback on what to do? Thanks'

Joe with your brand new calsonic you will need to break in the engine , run about 200 miles I think Soopa posted earlier , so set it to run some b spec races asap and then do a oil change or engine refresh and you should see hp gain.

If I'm correct your mileage doesn't go up in lounge racing so you will have to do some a spec or b spec or online racing.

Yes this will be great practice for our real spa race which will and should be easier than this race.

What kind of figures are your calsonics making
I have 395 tq and 518 hp

At 1130 kg I have 608 pp

Is everyone else the same ?

Having lounge issues with montal we can't join each others lounge , whoever comes online first we might ask you to create a lounge

I have 518hp and 1030kg at 607 pp fully broken in and at 250 miles I think you have an extra mod on your because the 607 PP is that max for this car.

I haven't been able to connect to SkengDs room for the past 3 hours I have troubleshooter every possible problem which leaves me to believe SkengD have has some that make me not connect him. I test multiple lounge with my other friend from other countries and in random public lobbies. So skengD try readying your modem and router. Also restart your PS3 delete your cache and if your on WIFI try plugging in an Ethernet cable.

My connections specs I'm on a Ethernet cable. I have a NAT 2 connection all my ports are open and my UpnP is enabled. I have never had these problems until now.

Very weird I will try some troubleshooting , I have a hard wired connection.

We have played before in the past without issues so this is a surprise

Been playing with my connection all day and it seems i have caused some more serious problem , either that or its just an isp issues.

Yeah that sucked SkengD, I was looking forward to watch the battle for the top spots, we've lost a few drivers so I will have to review and see what happened. May have to consider qualifying position and the cause of the disconnection and make an decision from there

@ROYALEFATALE - I found you arguing when there was really no argument tonight, the rules clearly stated for a week that the car is to be stock with a max power and min weight, you clearly didn't grasp the fact that your cars performance would be better with mid turbo or engine stage 3. The point of tonight was everyone is on a level playing field, so we can see who the most skilled drivers are for the 3D3 Event, from the discussions we've had before I expected you to be really up for that.
One other thing; I asked you to stop typing while the race was on, the reason being it can be off putting for some drivers whilst racing, the same reason I ask for mic's to be muted until needed, you then went on to type several more messages, I found this to be disrespectful to the other drivers yet again.

Considering the other issue we had before I'm starting to wonder if you and the MRC are really a good match... on the other hand I really want to race you in the pre-season 3 challenge
