@ROYALEFATALE - I found you arguing when there was really no argument tonight, the rules clearly stated for a week that the car is to be stock with a max power and min weight, you clearly didn't grasp the fact that your cars performance would be better with mid turbo or engine stage 3. The point of tonight was everyone is on a level playing field, so we can see who the most skilled drivers are for the 3D3 Event, from the discussions we've had before I expected you to be really up for that.
One other thing; I asked you to stop typing while the race was on, the reason being it can be off putting for some drivers whilst racing, the same reason I ask for mic's to be muted until needed, you then went on to type several more messages, I found this to be disrespectful to the other drivers yet again.

i assumed i would be driving the Lexus on Spa this week, had no idea about the Calsonics or any of that (i don't check this thread). Like i said before i already spent 475,000 on the chassis i sure as hell wasn't going to buy another car for one race. also not sure if i want to be a part of this league anyway after watching how Immortal races up front, divebombing every turn and taking out other drivers to gain position, no thanks.
 
Quite upset I missed it .

Royale you have to be a team player , If Immortal does anything inappropriate he will be penalized : in this race and in every race and that applies to all of us .

I will be fiddling with my internet connection this weekend and then run tests in the week with everyone , so weird . I usually have no problems with Soopas lounge .

What happened to Montal in the race?

I will be busy today but tomorrow or any day in the week I would like us to try our connections again Soopa and Montal , I don't want to wait until raceday and not be able to race .so let me know which day would be good for both of you .

Also if any of you use a chat program let me know so I can add you on my phone , will make it easier to talk while we troubleshoot the issue .

I did a few google searches and turns out the netgear router I have isn't the best for ps3 gaming but I am using a ethernet connection bridged from my laptop . I found this to be better than using straight wireless , running an actual hard wire from router to ps3 isn't possible for me . I will just have to troubleshoot until I get it going correctly.

Strange Skeng I have a Netgear DGN1000 and since i configure it well i dont have problems with gt5

Could it be wiring problems? I know my internet cocked up earlier this season due to a faulty wire.

Well the rules about the car were clearly stated from the start, the only change made was from the MOTUL to the Calsonic, you signed up on the thread knowing that information, if you needed a car all you had to do was ask and I'd send you one. IMMORTAL has not caused any issues I'm aware of, nobody has reported anything to me from the races, to be honest I don't see him causing you any problems as you are very unlikely to be racing anywhere near him :sly:

If you want to leave thats fine with us, I would've liked to race you in a one make but so be it if you don't want to...

I appreciate the offer, but it needs to be an active member of our league, I would have to consider that you've only driven with us once and got a DQ in that race.

Neal cropper has said he can be available but he's not confident of being quite up to the challenge just yet (I believe he's still getting used to his first wheel) so if anybody else is available as reserve for the 3rd let us know.

i was all for it, i believe you were the one crying about a car that met the regulations set, i can understand your fear though, i don't think you've ever finished in front of me in that NSX :sly:
 
I have no fear of being beaten by you I'm sure you're a skilled driver, but I wasn't the one trying to enter a car with higher spec than allowed to gain an advantage, the chance to drive on a level playing field was there and you didn't take it. It's no surprise I'm not performing that well this season, as I don't have the time to commit to practise and car setup, you can easily see that from my podium finish last season. Despite my lack of track time I had you beat at Tokyo, the only reason you got past me and others was because you cheated. I continued to take part this season just to keep the MRC going, I'm expecting to have a bit more time for season 3 and plan to be back on the podium again, if you still want to join us in the pre-season races then please do.
 
Exactly the plan for the pre-season races, that way nobody can cheat, not that most of you would ;) It will also be random tracks, the only thing you'll know up front is that there will be 3 races and which 3 cars will be used

Will reverse grid be used as well?

No they will be 3 separate races each with a qualifying session, we'll run a GT-R, NSX and SC430 race

would be cool to use garage online cars only, without tune or setup, with the same tyres for everybody :)
