I use the VGTs when I do one lap and Gold the seasonal, get the car... and then never use it again.

Yes, bound to happen, but you don't know for sure what will come with the maintenance. You said it will, but we really don't know.

Kinda? It is poor in taste. I assume it's against the AUP as well (fatal crash videos aren't allowed, it probably the same for pictures). Back on topic.
