I just noticed that swords got downgraded damage wise, I knew something wasn't right. Diamond sword used to dish out 5 hearts damage, but now 3.5 since MC 1.8 :@

It just really shows how badly made minecraft is. I have a 3.1GHz eight core cpu and a single MSI HD 6950 OC card. I was doing 275-350fps with everything but the smooth shadows disabled and when I turned that feature on it dropped to 50-75fps. I ran MSI afterburner and it was using anywhere from 20-60% of my GPU. Not a problem for my duel fan card but it's outrageous when you think that back when Alpha was out, my 2.93GHz C2D with a integrated 512MB GeForce 9300 was doing 120-160fps. Yesterday I let my friend play minecraft on my computer and after a good ten minutes the fps was at 16fps. Though he was using the fly mod but the gameplay was so bad.

Pfff. I play at 10-15 on lowest settings all the time.

Then it's at fault of the computer's performance. It's just the smooth shadows completely killing the performance for a computer like mine. I slightly don't mind because I like the boxy shadows. The night cycle also kills the performance from what I've seen.

Can we have the bank moved? It's great, but there's no real room left for more shops and other things now (not personal houses). Either side of the castle prison would work I think?

Oh and we need discussion on the econ, some kind of wage should be added I think, if there is a way to set it so the richest person gets nothing and then it scales up so the poorest person gets the most per half hour, I don't know if that's possible or functional and/or within the plugin though, but a roundtable discussion is needed, It doesn't make sense just for the same money to change hands indefinitely in my mind.

I was thinking if we got payday back, or if there was a limit on econ (eg max money is 3000), so that people don't just use it like a highscore and brag with it, they actually spend it.

1. That's EXTREMELY immature.
2. That's not even funny.
3. That's just ruined a chunk of land which is useful due to it being right near spawn.
4. People have already developed on it (turbo lag) and now hate it.
5. That wool is clearly not legitamately gathered, the use of mcedit or op spawning is obvious.
6. That makes the survival server MUCH MUCH less fun for any of us trying to play legit/ play on a legit survival server.

If that keeps up I am out, that's terrible.

Second this as well. Adam also found it halrious to build a wood and pink wool penis on the wool flats. I posted signs to ask him to remove it, I dont' know if he's done so yet. Imma log in in a few minutes and check, if it's not gone I'm getting rid of it myself. But none of that crap on this server restart, or I'm gone. Jai can have his condom castle in the other deactivated worlds, but not in this one...

^ Will do. Originally (back in the InDev days), Diamonds were actually Emeralds. Which would have made more sense as far as diamond swords and stuff go, tbh...

Either way I think they'd be an asset to the game. The last 6 or so patches have just been new terrain stuff, and it 🤬 pisses me off how it's changing so much, after the game has apparently been released. When you release your game, release it when it's done. Not when it's half done and everyone has to start all over again just to get the new content every 🤬 time. Jeb. Stop. Or un-relese the game or some crap, keep updating, then release it at next years MineCon when it's ACTUALLY FINISHED!

I mean in the context they portray it as. They're not doing it as a symbol or something towards the true sense of sex. They're portraying it as a laughing figure, and something they can joke about, in a wrong way. That's what I have an issue with.

If this server was a dedication server to, I dunno, prostate cancer for example. That would be a differant story. It's a vital peice in what the server would be dedicated too. This is just all fun and games to them, and at their age something they shouldn't be having fun and games about. Just my opinion.

Then again, it's kinda a beauty rule I preach but never practice, I was kinda like that in the last 2 - 3 years, till I realised how rediculous and immature it was...

I have a port 25565 port forward setup for my server signal, if that would have anything to do with it. I doubt it though.

EDIT3: Ah, I had FF open when I ran the test, but it was idling, and I don't think I got any FB message while it was running. Would that have made a differance?

The usual bad, even walking 50-100 blocks somewhere puts me in a pocket of lag that takes 1-2 mins to level out.

It was fast for the first 5-10 minutes it was up after you paid up again for it yesterday, then back to bad by the way.
