We sometimes switch cars mid season/championship/series - at the colour change point on the schedule. But not mid-race if that's what you were thinking. We're already confused enough without that happening!I was really interested in how you guys did a race where you actually switched cars

Yes, indeed,IfPaul.
I know the feeling. Mine only lasts about 20 minutes, I usually go downhill from there. They do it because a battery won't last the entire race.
Can they not design something that charges the battery, like alternator. Would probably better, instead swapping cars through the race.Well, that's what I get for watching e-prix racing. A couple of weeks ago they had the race in New York and they were explaining how each driver has two cars. They only pit to jump out of one car and in to the other car. They do it because a battery won't last the entire race.

Lol, Paul. That was clever!

That's better, their doing something similar in MotoGp, with electric bikes. All the same, so no one has, an advantage and to keep the cost down.Next season they're only going to use one car because someone developed a battery that lasts the entire race. All cars will use the same tech
How's that going John? I know they had a fire in the paddock and lost a lot of bikes. Have they recovered from that?MotoGp, with electric bikes.
Hmm. Got me thinking.Guys do you take part at any other legues, or do random races? I am interested in a bit earlier races than Sics races at weekdays or weekends.

Think they got sorted now Paul, but can't watch, because haven't BT sport. There not the highlight program, which is shame.
You might have this already but on PSN make that Sick_Cylinder2@Sick Cylinder I have sent you a friend request on PSN
They hadn't invented the wheel when I was a kid.I used to have a wheel as a kid
I've never had an affinity for the Bentley. It was probably a wrong impression, but I was found it was too big and clunky. And, and numerous threads I had never seen it mentioned as one of the favorite GT3 carsThank you for the info, @Sick Cylinder
The Bentley, interesting. Haven't driven it much, because I think it's not the prettiest car of the bunch. But it's supposed to be the inside that counts, right?
Until Sick himself replies I'd say if you're available just be online and if there's an available space he or someone will I'm sure send you an invite. Better still make it known on the PSN message that you're "free".Sick, under what circumstances can I race with you guys.
Isn't Accura American?
Could I suggest maybe a winter race for Dubai Sick. It might be cooler so help with the tyre wear. (assuming their winter is our winter)
Sick, under what circumstances can I race with you guys. My schedule has become a little bit more flexible and I think I can make it in more. Also, I love the Renault car and it looks like that's what you have reserves driving

I have now noticed though that the GT3s run on race hard tyres which struggle to get and keep some heat in them. At Brno they worked best with a summer setting, they were a bit slippy otherwise. So maybe summer everywhere except at Dubai would be best for overall grip.(Dubai winter)Definitely!

Yes I believe the GT3s do have ABS and TC in real life. Hopefully we'll be able to use them in the race.I found it pretty challenging to keep this car straight.
