pretty realistic happen! better than GT academy 2013 demo which I tested!did not impress me new physics start from standstill wheels spin full throttle and again nothing happen!same huge unreal understeer

This is the 3rd time I've seen this exact post...
Don't you realize that if someone cared, they would have replied to the first or second one?
some people...

I don"t care dude

Because I say so will not really stack up as a reason why you think this makes the physic better. for that you are going to need to actually provide some substance to your posts (using the real world as a reference point).

As for not caring about flooding the site, insulting other members and bypassing the swear filter? Let me assure you that you either start caring very quickly or we will not care to have you as a member.

You may want to reconsider your presentation, super_gt.

As well - not everybody is interested in making their own game; we let developers do that for us.

Nope.

The point is you're claiming you're improving the physics. The reality is you're doing nothing to the physics, merely changing the car to get what you think is a better experience. Your claim and the reality of it - probably due to a mistranslation - don't really match.
I can"t even myself to curse
AUP
You will not use profanity in the forums

No one has said that at all. I'm one of the single most critical members here in regard to the physics of all sims, however you have offered no detail at all in your posts, instead simply claiming that your changes (which are not exactly new) 'fix' GT5's physic. In simple terms they don't and nor are they an in depth look at what those issues are.

I can"t even myself to curse
No. When you joined you agreed to follow the rules and that includes not swearing.

This shows me you haven't read much on GTPlanet. Criticism of GT/Sony/PD is rampant in these forums as is undying support of the same organizations. There are both sides here which is why most of us come. You are being given feedback on your posts that you don't like or don't understand. Maybe try to understand what it means when people say, "You don't change the physics by changing the tires, the physics are hard coded into the game, all you are changing is how you feel behind the wheel and to you, it feels more realistic". That's not disagreeing with a statement you might make like, "This feels more realistic to me", but it would disagree with, "This is more realistic physics" because it is not.

I think a more appropriate title to this thread would be "I did a very good lap around the Nurburgring, that I am proud of, and I would like to share with other members".

Good lap!

Please first try my setup and then comment! I do not accept advice from people who have not tried this setup!
And one advice do not brake in the middle of the corner.

Thank you very much.

I have and quite frankly I'm not particularly impressed. All it does it make the car unrealistically tail happy. I've driven a fair few MR over the years (including a couple of red-heads) and the lack of understeer if you get on the throttle too quickly and the overly happy tail mid-corner is not representative of reality.

You may prefer it to standard, but that doesn't make it more realistic.

I know enough about tuning to know this will be an unrealistic, tail happy beast and Scaff's trial run confirms that for me. But the fact remains, you arent changing the hysics behind the game, only your own setup.

Think again.

And this serves to back up your above statement how...??

Trying a one-upmanship match with staff won't help.

Tyre changes affect tyres. Not the whole physics of a game.
Do you remember ACADEMY EDITION CHALLENGE and Nissan GT-R N24 GT Academy'12.
Why PD put on this car front-medium and rear-soft racing tires?

@super_gt Because the values of the car where so screwed up to begin with.

Dampers 1/1
Anti Roll 1/1
Camber 2.5 2.0
Toe -1.00 +0.50.

Need I explain more?

And that still doesn't answer my question.

Exactly what am I supposed to be thinking about again?

Would you mind cutting out the cryptic posts and actually explain in detail what you mean, because at this rate all I'm going to do is lock the thread, based on it going nowhere.

Yes can in real world someone to drive fast Ferrari 458 Italia with front-medium and rear-hard tires?

No. Because 1: those compounds don't technically exist, and 2: you don't drive with two differing compounds, and 3: You didn't answer my question about the N24?

Ummm, you are aware that those are not real tyre types and in reality the car runs the same compound front and rear?

Take a look Alonso and you will understand.
