Circuit De La Sarthe (aka Le mans) last two very difficult chicanes, I can't drive them correctly ( or slow enough), I always have to cut the corners almost hitting the sand pit.:scared:

Have you tried braking earlier?
That usually solves the problem of not going slow enough.

i hate the part on El Capitan where your just going over the hill into the tunnel

This is on El Capitan reverse, isn't it? I don't like that section either. Breaking early is a solution, but it's still a strange section. I get the feeling that El Capitan is not made to be driven reverse, though.

I like El Capitan Reverse because of that. It's really weird, but really fun at the same time. That's not saying that the forward version is worse or anything :)

Of course, but breaking is much more dangerous than speeding through the corners, the AI will crash into you car and you end up building some nice sandcastles.:nervous:

EL Capitan has got to be the only track thats actually more fun to drive in reverse than forward. (except maybe the Nurburgring ;)) The uphill section becomes a 'Ring-grade corner too, you have to hit it just right or you'll be at the bottom of Yosemite Valley. FF's are terrible at this section since once the front end is in the air, your screwed.

My top 3. Well then again, my worst 3.

- The downhill section right after the start finish line at Citta D'Aria reverse.
- Series of basically everyting new at Fuji 2005, the area from where they used to have a chicane in the 80s version, and completely reworked in the new one.
- Spoon, I love Suzuka and am usually very fast there, but I don't know why, but I never seem like I get Spoon done correctly.

I've done this with a Ford Taurus SHO Fully-modded. :scared:. THAT is the definition of insanity (or when you try to go around Citti d'Aria with N1 tires :banghead:)

Nürburgring reverse would have been a nice thing right ? :nervous: :scared:

The first turn on Mid-Field (normal and reverse). On the normal version, I always end up going wide and end up hitting the sand. On the reverse version, on the downhill s-bend, my car always seems to want to slide out of control into the guardrail.

Laguna Seca, The Corkscrew, in anything rear wheel drive, with no driving aids, at speed.

Everything else is pretty simple if tackled at the appropriate speed.

What's strange is, I've never had trouble at the corkscrew at Laguna Seca, but I can't drive Suzuka (except at 130R :scared:) worth a damn.

lol, that's why there are brakes, so you don't go into an insane corner at speed.

Pretend the car is MR (better yet, RR) and keep a steady or increasing throttle as you get through the bottom.

most difficult for me:
the spoon....have yet to get a good line through there in a-spec..

most irritating:
that little left right fling right after Kallenhard on the 'ring....waaay too bumpy there, didnt they recently repave it to be smoother in reality? the rest of the ring i love.....

Cote d'Azur reverse (and Leguna Seca) woulda been fun *hinthintnudgenudgewinkwink PD*

Hahaa I run the Laguna Seca reverse sometimes when my car choice is wrong and I am stuck in the 6th place.

It is rather funny to speed up the corkscrew to fly and slam into the wall. I once did it and happened to collide with the Sauber Mercedes race car right in the middle of the corkscrew. It spun wildly after flying backwards for a distance, losing it's place. The crummy Toyota 7 race car won first place although it had no luck against the Sauber Mercedes

The worst would have to be the undulating surfaces of the Nurburgring, especially when they appear after a long stretch of road.

I do have new found love for Suzuka's 130r...finally got a set up for my F1s that allows me to quite happily whip round it in 7th (200mph or there abouts) without hint of lifting or braking.
