And my personal all-time favourite, imagine why:

I mean, it says "Gran Turismo" an all logos/watermarks

Yeah too bad most of us here don't count it as anything more than a concept that was later sent to cancellation, I mean if it became a full game like the prolouges do then yeah I'd say I was wrong. However, the full HD game never was finished and all efforts were switched to GT5 P and GT5.

Hey Im new to any kind of forum and have never liked the format of them, and Im sure this topic has been brought up. But I cant stop thinking about how great it would be to have a bike package for DLC for this game. Imagine a Veyron vs a Gsxr1000 on route 7 or a gt500 car vs a R6 on trial mountian.. etc. I know some of you think they should be separate and just be in Tourist Trophy 2.. but what could it hurt if they put out a DLC? If you dont want them then dont buy it. I seriously cant stop thinking how awesome it would be to be able to do these races and I honestly would pay good money to be able to do it. KAZ ITS A WIN/WIN SITUATION. You would only make money by doing it. SO DO IT!

From my opinion , it's useless , bikes vs cars , and online most people would just "test" the bikes by crashing agains them .

because if I wanted to just race bikes I would play Tourist trophy. I want to race cars VS bikes, Im assuming other people do to. Thats why it should be a DLC. If you dont want bikes then dont buy it. But we just need to get the message out there that people will buy the DLC and if i stand alone.. then i guess im screwed 👎

I think motorcycles in GT5 would be very good, but you haven't considered people who use steering wheels like me. Wouldn't it be awkward driving a motorcycle with a steering wheel?

Thats where penalties (or ghost car/bike) would come in, Im sick of racing online and people using me as their brake and crashing into me from behind to slow down and they dont get penalized. It would make people better drivers/racers in the game if they avoided hitting other drivers. I swear i spend more effort racing clean and avoiding contact then driving on the best racing line

hmmm i have not given that any thought... though i assume you still have your original ps3 controller? oh but that would be a pain to switch in the game from wheel to controller.... who knows, maybe the wheel wouldnt be as bad as you think for driving the bike

You're just racing with the wrong type of people, that's all. Look for professional racing series on and penalties needn't be necessary 👍 .

Well I just joined the forum a few hours ago to see if I was alone on wanting bikes in the game, So maybe I will make some friends that can show me a trick or 2 around the track. I enjoy stock racing the best... I was stoked that they updated shuffle racing a few months ago... but the car selection still isnt as big as id like. I watch Best Motoring and Hot Version quite a bit... so thats the kinda races I try to get into

Then buy Motorstorm, in Motorstorm you can race bikes against cars

lol... yeah, thats the best racing sim out there.. I like PD because they make the speed times accurate... I bought the DLC speed test and all the cars are within .1 of the 0-60 times in real life. Im not gonna get that from a game like Bonestorm 3

youre missing the point. cars vs bikes. not bikes vs bikes... If i have to wait for Gran turismo 6 or whatever they end up calling it fine. But theyll be missing out on money unless they put out a bike package for DLC

Bike package for GT5? I don't think that's going to happen because, as I mentioned before, quite a fair amount of people use steering wheels to play GT5. Logitech will have to develop a steering mechanism similar to what's on a real motorcycle otherwise people will think that it's very odd.
