My biggest worry about GT6.

As far as lobbies go if you don't like the one your in start your own.

If you don't like people with 10 000 000 BHP Civic trollmobiles that they can't drive so they crash into everyone and everything?

Is that a trick question?

This "hacking" of the saved data is very easy to counteract.
There are lots of applications where data-integrity is important. It would take about an hour extra work to make the data tamper-proof. I don't understand why they haven't done it. It's as if they're OK with it.

I would say my biggest fears for GT6 (and not a one of them would ever get me to even consider NOT getting GT6 day 1 midnight launch if possible......) is PD adding "ranks" to the online. GT5 has one of the best d-bag:cool racer ratios online I've seen in an online racing game on consoles, and I personally credit that to no "ranks" or win/loss records next to people's names.

The closest thing I like to ranks is what GT5 has now, time trials......particularly the ones with set cars that can't be tuned. In fact I'd even like that expanded to be similar to Motorstorm Pacific Rift where if you practice on a track your times in each vehicle were put on a global leaderboard of other people driving the same vehicle. I'd LOVE that in GT. A board for each track that posts times for any untuned car against the times of other people that posted times in that same untuned car.

Another fear I'd say I have is that PD won't add far more in depth options to Shuffle races. 1) to be able to get the random selection of street cars more even like all 4wd, all American muscle, etc. And 2) to also make Shuffle races with the various kinds of race cars, from karts, to GT classes, to NASCAR.

And one fear I pretty much know will come true, is there won't be an actual proper create-a-track. Meaning mod-nation style at least in terms of laying down the course itself. Elevation changes, banking.....the whole bit to lay down a proper track. And a good sharing system for the tracks so if someone creates a perfect Bristol or something, anyone can download it and run the track if the author puts it up.

I find using a wheel works my shoulders harder than my wrists.
Yep, shoulders can get pretty sore sometimes, especially if you are using a lot of force feedback. Using the Fanatec wheel at 100% FF 1 lap around the ring in a kart will often make you need a little break. I also find that if you are not careful it can hurt your thumbs. For example if you drive with your thumb wrapped around the wheel above the bar and you hit something that causes the wheel to kick hard to one side then your thumb can take some abuse, especially if you do not have a firm hold on the wheel. I got rear ended one day hard and by surprise and the wheel kicked hard enough that my thumb was sore for a couple of days.

If a hacker hacks a game, and there's nobody around to see or hear it - did the hacker really hack the game?

Ain't that one philosophical question?

LOL

you can ask that to Schroedinger's cat :D

For what concerns hacking: as long as it's kept away from interfering with online gaming or leaderboards, it's fine with me

If there banned from online and leader boards then that's fine. I don't get why it matters for A spec and B Spec seems that there offline modes.

Join a racing series where there are drivers with no intention to hack the game.

Not worried about hackers as I never race with them.

Yeah 2 years after release.

I doubt GT6 will get hacked early into it's life, if it ever gets hacked. :)

Actually it got hacked a month after the release, when the CFW had been released. It just wasn't very popular those days, nobody knew about some kinda hack for PS3. I remember having fun with my friend. We unlocked the chrome cars, stealth cars, a lot of not shown in game cars - not done properly etc.

Don't know much about these hidden parts tbh
There are thousands of hack cars on GT5 again, it's very easy to do it, and i don't mean just the stage 5 parts.

I only slam though.
