Are the car SPECs on page 1 based on a broken in car? I can't get the HP figure with my 0/0/0 FR-S.
When I almost added the sport exhaust it matched perfectly (244hp with sport exhaust, 237 w/o)?

Yeah, think that's broken in with the oil changed.

Gonna have a room up soon if anyone is interested in practicing. Will be cycling through all 4 tracks on about 10 laps of free run. Will post # here shortly.

Today I'll be racing against myself, trying to get used to no ABS. When I did a little practice yesterday, it was not locking up that was the problem, I was oversteering wildly when I lift off the brakes and turned in. Granted, I forgot to change the brake balance from default to a lower setting, but it seems that is something I'll have to get used to.

Lower brake balance will definitely help that. I'm at 3 & 0.

Of all the times the game could disconnect me... I'm leading with a gap over 3 second against Jason and Gar/Greg?. That never happens!!!
I would be really annoyed if I wasn't sure I could finish anyway.

been great running in your series, if it wasn't for FMSC 3 I wouldn't have ever taken sim racing seriously, heck I wouldn't be on this forum. So many of your races have quick drivers and aliens and CrazyMadSkiz LapTimesInTheClouds Mental fast alien drivers.

Jason did. My car was so horrible in the draft, I pitted early. Either I took a bad angle, or maybe because I had an early stall, but it did that annoying in-out-in glitch. Lost so much time that Jason was about 4-6 seconds ahead of me when he pitted a few laps later. I drove like a maniac the rest of the way, and shockingly, I made up the difference. By then, my tires were wearing out, so he opened the gap a bit. Last lap, though, he slipped a little and I think we were side-by-side going through the downhill hairpin. Couldn't pull it off, and I screwed up the 2nd to last corner.

Had to eat dinner, so I couldn't do Motegi. A real shame because I wanted to beat Jason at least once in case we never battle together again on the track. Otherwise, I'll have to find him on the highway in his 18-wheeler... if I can see him, that is.

Oh, and real bummer about you lagging out. You're a lot like me when I was starting out. Just can't catch a break with wins.

Really enjoyed the racing today. First two races were great, Autumn Ring Reverse I was just slow, and Motegi I'd like to do over, but overall it was good racing. The car was great to drive without ABS, good call on that one.

He sure did. IIRC, his car wasn't even broken in. Neither was mine, although he did have an extra pony on me....
