Maybe NASCAR should just let the drivers race until one driver remains. When was the last time during this race that someone hasn't spun immediately following a caution?

I've been watching Brad's in-car camera on Race Buddy, and he just about crashed on that last restart when Newman tried to take Turn 1 on the apron and washed up into the racing line.

I hope Almirola can salvage a decent finish today. It was cool seeing him so dominant early on. Unfortunately, I think it would be naive to ascribe his tire failure to bad luck - his team probably had very aggressive camber settings in an effort to be as competitive as possible, and it came back to bite them.

Definitely the most exciting cookie cutter race this season.

Massive kudos to the organisers at Kansas. Great reconfiguration. No margin for error coming off these turns now and tight grooves allowing for close racing. Nice stuff. 👍

Way to be consistent with your cautions, NASCAR. Them, along with Kahne handed this race to Kenseth. Seems like that's the only way he can win races anymore.

Martinsville will be a make or break for BK. He needs to finish ahead of Jimmie for the next four weeks.
