Novel idea, but what will Goodyear say about having to develop an entirely new tire for one race?

When your the only tire person for NASCAR you play their game, not other way around.

I think they'll be just fine coming up with a suitable tire.

That would be awesome to see the Truck series at Eldora Speedway!

And for R1600Turbo, that girl in my avatar is the goddess Susan Coffey.;)

Do you guy's think they pulled Junior's "My Chase" commercial on the air? I haven't seen it play recently.

It wouldn't surprise me but the only one I normally ever see is Kasey Kahne's

Just found out that the Prelude To The Dream is not going to be at Eldora next year, maybe instead of that race they will have the trucks their that weekend?

Yea I saw that too but they said extended weekend so who knows. It will be back 2014 though.

Smith qualified 40th. :ouch:

Kahne on pole.

For a guy who was so fast in the test, he sure does have some work cut out for him. The good thing for fantasy points is he probably will pass a good bit of cars and can't hurt you too much.

Your choice of websites is bad, and you should feel bad.

BR is only good for watching idiots that BR calls experts say ERMAGERD LETS MAEK MADNATRIE CUTIONS FER TEH FANZ!!!

Yeah, their stories have become crap as of late, as in, they've been for a while. I don't even know why I still go on there.

Jayski is the best.

Jayski is my No 1. refference for doing Sprint cup or Nationwide paint schemes. The news is excellent too as they seem to almost always get it before the likes of Speed or anyone else.

And while reading through Jayski, I heard that Geoff Bodine is retiring. Always sad to see a veteran driver leave the sport.

His time has run it's course and he is up there in age too. I have more respect for him stepping away than some who never let go.

I honestly thought Geoff Bodine had retired years ago. He was never quite the same after that Truck Series crash at Daytona back in 2000. :scared:

Do your guy's know if Dodge is going to pull out of Arca??

Pretty sure there hasn't any major official Dodge involvement (sans sponsorship dollars of the 12 car and the Penske engine support in the cunningham 22 car) so technically they were never in. Actually, now of the manufacterers were really involved in ARCA, just some of there big name teams (RCR, Thorsport from the Trucks and Roush).

He did. He's the pace car driver now. If he's retiring from that, it's news to me.

He has run a few races since the crash and was supposed to have a full ride or atleast a good portion this year with 36 (it might have been last year) with Luke sponsorship.
